Great company been with them for 14.5 years – I highly recommend essentials , I have been with them for more then 14 years, never had an issue , I have been rejected but that was during a time that my income had changed so I accepted that rejection and got on with my day. I will not sit here and label them a bad company all because I was rejected once or twice in a matter of 14.5 years . Richard and Paul from the Sydney team have been amazing . Thanks guys Show reply

Absolute Joke – I have taken out and completed three.. THREE contracts with this company but im suddenly rejected because my bank account was supposedly overdrawn? It’s disgusting companies expect you to hand over all of your personal information, including private banking information, just to reject you. Stay away.

Ridiculous – This company is a joke!! The incompetence having ordered a product late October now being told I have up to wait 8 weeks I’ve already been waiting 4 I’ve already paid 3 payments quick to take ur money out of ur account but the product still remains to be seen.. Do not enter a contract with these guys they are a JOKE!!!

Fantastic company to rent from been dealing with them for 10 years had no problems – Been dealing with them for 10 years had no problems with the company would not hesitate to recommend them they are fast with applications and great selection of products and fast delivery

A ok company to rent goods – Essential rentals is a ok company but sometimes hard to be approved for goods even when your been a loyal customer for years and can easily afford your new items..

Hounds – I am currently getting 10 calls a day from this company chasing a payment which I have already advised them will be coming on a certain date as it’s when I am able to get some money. One of the few reputable Rental Goods Companies – One of the best rental goods companies around. Applying is so easy with them as they dont do traditional credit checks, they just make sure your not black listed with other rental companies and you can afford what your trying to rent. I have only had to contact them once to change from card payment to direct debit and they were most accommodating.

The other amazing thing about this rental good company is even though you sign a 2 year contract, should you wish to return your item at any time during your contact period you can at NO COST!! Just make sure your account is up to date with payments and the item is not damaged!
