(Global Post) & they are legit. Entered the tracking number into their website & it tracked the package to a few places in US. Guess we will just have to wait months & see.

Scam. Fraudulent Company – I would give negative 100 stars if possible. I deleted my order but they took my money anyway. No refund. No invoice received. And so far no response to my emails.

This has been helpful and reduced my pain medication on every other or every third day – I thought I was being ripped off as it did not arrive when expected, but it arrived unexpectedly late. (including spinal stenosis as well as disc compressions) and lumbar spine (disc compressions upon nerves) and I am waiting for a Right Total Hip Replacement, soon I'll need the Left replaced also. I live with a lot of pain. I believe this is helping. I ordered in October 2023 and it did not arrive until late Dec/early January 2024, so it was later than usually expected but my experience is that this is probably a genuine product. I think most complaints are due to impatience, but I live overseas from the supplier, so had more patience.

ALSO There was a post by someone claiming to be diabetic who also claimed the product had corn syrup AND sugar in it. IT DOES NOT. Medium Chain Triglyceride oil and Hemp Extract are the ONLY ingredients! I AM DIABETIC and there has been NO INCREASE in my Blood Sugar readings since taking this. ZERO CHANGE. So, definitely NO corn syrup or sugar.

Product never shipped – Orderd 1 month ago, paid $112- never shipped and never replied to emails. Sat on hold till disconnected from music- never again

Have I finally been scammed? – You pay and almost immediately receive an auto-generated response saying they are packing your order right now, you will then receive another email with your tracking number and that is where it ends. On inquiry some of the helpline emails bounce back and you can tell from the responses they are auto-generated and not written by English speakers.… Read more

FirstMile (their courier) told me they had not received the product, with Essential telling me the delays were at my own post office. I once sent another email and the reply came back in Spanish. I am now back at the beginning again. Their latest email is the same as their first email thanking me for my purchase with a new tracking number. I doubt I will receive this product ever and I won't bother asking for my money back. Their website looks professional and this is why I was caught out. I am mad at myself for being caught out as I am always careful. I am convinced this is a scam.

Money Extracted no product received – The' EXTRACT' part of their name refers to how your hard-earned cash will be extracted with no product sent. The 'ESSENTIAL' part means essentially a scam! The CBD would mean [Content Removed]

Total scam – Do not order from this company. Charged way in excess of advertised price of good advertised with no explanation. Had to cancel VISA card to avoid further charges. Was not a NZ company as purported by their website. Products arrived weeks later after lodging complaint via VISA but goods were not what was ordered. All emails bounce back.

Can't review as never received! – Order confirmed almost a month ago, got tracking number, shippers never received the package. All emails bounce back! I'm afraid I've been scammed too! AU$318 for six bottles down the drain! They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this!

Happy – Hi. I have read the reviews and went through similar issues on purchase, was offered the 50% discount due to the un approved amount that was charged. I have received the refund and just received the product so quite happy with the result so far. Can’t comment on the product as yet.

An Essential Scam – Stay away from Essential CBD Extract - Worldwide. They are unscrupulous. Billed me 212.05US for a product that showed 15.95 on their website. plus debited from my card. The mail also indicated that the shipment will be sent out on March 22, three days later and I will be notified. I Sent to all the various email addresses they have online cancelling my order immediately. Emails bounced back and goes unanswered. Eventually an email arrives two days later to inform me that the items has been processed and shipped so I can't cancel. This to a product that says five days later it will be processed and shipped. I called them on their lie since I have received no shipping notification and tracking number. Suddenly the shipping notification comes the next day.

They claim I can get my refund less restocking fee in a very long convoluted process or keep the product and get 50% refund. Just reply to the email 'yes to the 50%.' I did so eventually and no response from them. #EssentialCBDExtract are essentially scammers designed to rob people when purchasing their product. Be warned and be aware.

Terrible for Diabetics!! Corn syrup & sugar are main ingredients – 2 g toxic sugar per gummy. This has spiked my blood sugar causing sharp pain in my eyes and numbness in my big toes

SCAM SCAM – Do not purchase, they take yr money. No delivery, tried contacting them with email provided, which bounces back. No way of contacting them as phone numbers are all false.

How can I be so stupid – Scam. No product delivered but money gone. Tell you what though, the story was great.

SCAM ALERT – Don't even think about this! All reviews are true. Like others have said, I also was told it was $49.95 with free delivery. Took $318.25 out of my account. No email response. No refund and no product.

This is a scam – They quote $94 and take $214. Then when you try to email it just bounces back. Then you ring just to be told they don't speak English....

Also found dishonest pricing – Same for me, advert stated $44.95 and they also took $318 from my bank account almost immediately,. Emailed their support team twice and both have been returned because the recipient refused to accept them and were deemed Undeliverable!!!

No where to cancel order – Seen add so went to page an filled in credentials however decided not to purchase for personal reasons so didn't choose a package. Unable to find anywhere to remove my credentials so removed them manually. Received email telling me that I forgot something....what I didn't forget anything. Tried numerous times to send emails however was unable to be delivered, decided to write review to warn others.

reply go to p.o. and chase it up...So twice they say i received, then follow that with we have sent a replacement AGAIN....they wont refund my money, so do be earned stay away from them.... Its one of those ads on fb where you put in your details to find out how much and there is no confirmation to say you have purchased, yet cancel n next thing you have email thanking me for my purchase...i messaged with in minutes to tell them to cancel as i was just looking, no..it was already packed and. sent.....so i.o.w bad luck your getting it anyway....So any ads that come up requiring info before pricing, DONT DO IT....lesson learnt.... the hard costly way.....
