Don’t waste money on print or frame – Really disappointed for the price. Cute enough if you just download. Don’t waste the extra $30 to print(I thought there’d be gold engraved print somewhere) or the $59 for the frame. You can literally get the same frame at any dollar store!!

I just love this Novelty Gift – The beauty of this Novelty Gift is the purpose behind it. Conserving forest land and nature. This helps the environment. My gift included an honorary title which is fun and in addition a tree is being planted by a charity. This is a cute gift idea. I love it.

SO GOOD to deal with – I had a problem and when the certificates arrived I realized I made a mistake. Sent an email to them and within an hour then rectified the error, sent a link to download my new certificates. BRILLIANT SERVICE.

Not a scam, but you'll not become a nobility – I ordered a digital certificate for my wife and received it instantly. Of course, as with everyone else after the purchase, I started reading how lordship works. Technically everyone with land is a lord or a lady but this doesn't mean that you are nobility. Since I've read it I asked for a refund and they refunded me in 5 working days.

Established Titles is a Scam – They claim that it has always been stated that its a "gag gift". Though this is entirely untrue. If it were to truly be a "gag gift" then why do you charge the customer a larger price for the more land they purchase. If that's the case then they shouldn't be charging people 300 pounds for 10 sq ft.

Scammers – This is such a lie. You cannot buy a title, it's inherited. Read all the details really carefully and don't get sucked in. Katrina Yip (owner of Established titles) is stealing your money.

preserves this particular land, my land, for time to come and shields it from any future development that would change the landscape and displace local wildlife.

I did my part and purchased one square-foot of property in Scotland and received my real Proclamation within seconds of completing the online form. I own ET418008 located at 55°44'33.7582768884"N 3°15'35.19254970828"W,...., very cool!

Additionally, I had made a clerical mistake when completing the online form. I wrote Established Titles weeks after realizing my mistake and explained my situation. I had expected them to tell me something like, "Sorry for your luck, all sales are final" and "We'd be happy to help you with a new purchase."

To my surprise, not only did Established Titles respond within the same day (I think hours), but they also made the correction I had requested and sent the corrected document in the reply! No charge, and yes, that fast!

Established Titles even followed up to make sure everything was correct and that I was completely satisfied. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience.

Can't wait to gift this – I purchased this for my mums birthday in Feb and I can't wait to give this to her. I made a mistake with the name and Established Titles were fast, friendly and fixed this for me. Everyone should become Lord or Lady.

100% scam – You cant go stand on the land. You dont own it. And you arent a lord by any definition. Its just another internet scam.

Spammers – I added my details at the checkout but decided not to proceed. They have non stop sent me emails. About 4 times a week for the last month. take your contact information regardless if you proceed to payment. It’s super unprofessional and the communication and requests go unanswered. I couldn’t imagine what they’d be like if you needed customer support.

Good idea but no feet on the ground – I decided to exercise the refund policy once I realised there were no boots on the ground to meet & greet if we ever decided to visit our plot. Refund has been issued apparently just waiting for it to process.

Make sure you know what you are ordering – Long story short I was expecting a framed certificate when I realised (too late) that it was only a digital certificate (it was written is small letters; thanks to a great advertisement). Sounds good but a bit of a rip off for the price they charge – I bought the Lordship Title Pack (on sale at 80% off) for US$41.99 for a birthday present on 26 November 2021. Got the certificate which I then printed out and framed but still waiting on the "personalised handbook" 2 months later. You don't get what you pay for – I did not receive the personalised handbook, and the promised New Year's Gift was only a discount on any future order - only the computer generated certificate was received. The map reference could not be printed or verified that a tree would be planted/ or has been planted. No evidence that Trees for the Future operate in Scotland, or that the proceeds of this gift go to maintaining the natural forests of Scotland. I feel deceived.

BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!! – I have just found out that this is a scam. Despite the promise of the purchase of a small plot of land upon which a tree is planted, this is not true. I sincerely hope those behind it are forced to refund all purchases, with an apology to those they've duped.

You are a lady now – Bought it to be a certified lady. You might think it's just 'air' but it's actually kind of a vibe: Is it Lady like? As in, would a strong Scottish land owner do this? I use it to make me think about myself. I'm now into caber toss competitions and I want to learn more about Scotland.

A great idea – I bought one for myself & one for my brother, who is just so pumped. I think he sees the Lordship, as the best birthday present I have ever given him. I'm looking forward to using it on my Airline tickets & will see if I t can go on my Passport too.

Super Fun Gift – My kids and I gave their dad a plot for Father's Day...Ever since, he's had the kids calling him "Lord". It's hilarious. A great way to boost his confidence. Lol
