black Xiaomi sleeve... took the appliance out ..... and discover that I received an Anker Powerbank but NO PHONE ! I contact them immediately and they replied in an email asking for a video of the unpacking ! Of course i did not make a video since I would never have thought that I would receive a 40 eur Powerbank instead of a 1100 eur phone ! I then told them I do not have that. They sent me another email telling me that the box cannot be temptered if sealed , basically they did not say but make me understood and feel I am trying to make a false claim ! The box was sealed and there was no phone in it ! i sent them the pic of the power bank, dimension and I asked them to trace the phone with serial number and IMEI as I do not have it and asked for a refund. They told me the insurance company will lead an investigation. They have no phone number and only talk via emails . Since this happen I have to wait for next day for answer, and wait for the weekend to be over to get feedback from them! They are at the other side of the globe and whenever I see their answer and reply I need to wait again for them to wake up for a response. They now stopped talking with me since i sent them strong (but polite) emails. I am VERY frustrated as I cannot talk to someone live and feel to be seen as someone that is trying to make a false claim which is totally untrue. The truth is I ordered a phone and got a powerbank inside the sealed box instead (Yes it happened ! ) - I am ready to file any report since I am in my rights ! I chose this website based on the good review and I am very disappointed about the lack of communication. Now I am expecting somone for etoren to read this review and show that this company cares about their Customers! ETOREN do you really care ?
Flawless experience despite reservations – Was hesitant to use this site as I hadn't heard of them before, however they were so much cheaper than vendors on Fleabay and Amazon that I felt (hoped?) it was worth the risk. I needn't have worried though - product was exactly as advertised, & delivery time and communication were all top notch.....
Avoid them. Products listed as in stock when they are NOT – A week after I had ordered my in stock lens. I get an email stating my order had been cancelled.... with no explanation as to why. A day later after I sent an email back asking why. I just get back "no stock"
30% restocking fee!! First time ordering with Etoren and last – Issue with cancelling my order. So really liked the idea to be able to order a S22 Ultra with snapdragon in Europe. After placing the order on the 21-7-22 (processed payment on the 22-7-22). So then I got some doubts on the 23-7 and wanted to cancel my order. Reached out to their support on the 23-7, 24-7 via supporttickets and direct email (3 occasions in total) and then on the 25-7 got a response that they are not able to cancel as the order would have been shipped. Status in my account still Not changed, it's still open, unfulfilled and NOT shipped.
Update: they charge a 30% restocking fee, so that's most probably why they take long in cancelling orders and force the shipping and thus 30% on you. That way you most probably won't ship the item back as it's too expensive.
Their support is not helpful as they claim that it can't be cancelled because the item is shipped. But their status overview still remains unfulfilled and open. So that's a lie.
Perfect customer service, lightning fast delivery, genuine product – I ordered a new Xiaomi phone from Singapore (global version) on Thursday and had it delivered in my hands via DHL on Sunday. I paid the extra $9 for shipping insurance and got notifications for every step of the way. Could not rate this experience higher.
Avoid this Company! – Ridiculous despatch time. Lodged delivery ticket/ notification despite yet not dispatching purchase to avoid requested refund. Dishonest, rude and unhelpful customer support. Claimed delivery would be quicker from Singapore rather than Melbourne before purchase.
Best prices AND service! – I wanted to buy Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro. First, I ordered from TobyDeals ($705 for 128GB), they ran out of stock and shut down website, got my refund from PayPal. out of stock and they returned me money by PayID. Finally, I ordered from etoren ($753 for 256GB) on 21/12 (very similar to TobyDeals, but seems a lot better) and received it this morning (23/12). Support was very responsive, replied to me the next day after I asked for stock levels. It was shipping from Singapore to Sydney via DHL on the same day I ordered it. Great packaging (bubblewrap and cartoon). Came fully working, not a Chinese version (not K30S). Would definitely recommend it!
No Explanation – Recent phone purchase was refunded without explanation 3 days later.... would I buy again.....No Way..wasted my time...bought from a more reputable company

order right from my etoren account. Shipping was super quick - my order was shipped out in a day via DHL express and it only took 2 days for the item to arrive in DHL Sydney depot from Singapore. But then there was a bit of screw up from DHL so after two phone calls to DHL they took another two days to deliver it to me, but that was a DHL screw up not etoren's fault. I would purchase from Etoren again.
