Eureka Ergonomic Aero Wing Shaped Studio Desk 73"x23"

Great desk design, but received wrong model via JB Hi-Fi. I bought the Eureka Ergonomic 70" Wing Shaped Studio Desk (model ERK-AED-E70MW) through JB Hi-Fi specifically for the height and angle adjustable keyboard tray shown in the product listing. What arrived instead has a fixed pull-in/pull-out tray, a different tray mechanism entirely, not the model I ordered or paid for.
The desk itself, once assembled, is a genuinely nice piece of furniture. The build quality is solid and the wing-shaped design works well for a dual-monitor setup. That's not the issue.
The issue is that the retailer shipped the wrong model against a listing that specifically showed the adjustable tray, and getting this corrected has been unreasonably difficult. I raised it within days of delivery, provided photos comparing the advertised model to what arrived, and nearly three weeks later I'm still waiting on a resolution. I've offered a straightforward fix (keep the desk, compensate the difference in value) rather than demanding a full return of an assembled, bulky item, and that offer has gone nowhere.
If Eureka Ergonomic has any oversight of how their products are represented and fulfilled by Australian retail partners, this is worth flagging. A customer choosing a product specifically for one feature and receiving a cheaper variant instead, with no timely fix, reflects poorly on the brand even when the fault sits with the retailer's fulfilment process.
I'd genuinely recommend this desk to others, provided you actually receive the model you ordered.
