Euroline Magnetic Knife Rack

Magnetic knife rack failure – Cannot get the product apart to mount to drywall. No obvious screws or Allen key. Why make it so hard to mount. Looks good, but useless. Any suggestions or help?

How do we fix it to the wall? – looks very nice and appears to hold knives very well. However, we can't figure out how to fix it to the wall and there are no instructions. there are holes for screws in the back (indeed there are four holes), but no obvious ways of inserting the screws and then fastening to the wall. It looks as if a piece of the back is removable, but we cannot remove it. looks very nice. it isn't clear how the knife holder fixes to the wall.
