DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! SCAMMERS – Dropshipping business. I spent $600 on jet black wallpaper - when it arrived it was silver/grey. Wouldn’t accept responsibility and wouldn’t refund. This is against Australian consumer law they should be shut down! Absolutely the rudest customer service. Shop elsewhere!

Be careful, no exchanges or refunds - money down the drain and can't use my rolls – I purchased some wallpaper online based on the photos on their website. website and found something much more suitable in hopes for an exchange. I was willing to pay for shipping the first rolls back and then shipping the new rolls with a more suitable colour to me. I called up their customer service and they said they don't do refunds or exchanges. I was rather shocked, I have not opened any of the wallpaper packaging AT ALL, everything in its original condition and packaging because I can tell right away when I opened the box that the colour was not what I expected and won't work at all with my house. They said that their website says they sold it to us in good faith and repeated they don't do exchange or refunds. The customer service person then try to convince me that the wallpaper is not the colour I see. Well, that did not go down well with me, I am holding it in my hand, I can see what colour it is. Lesson learned, almost $500 down the drain. So for anyone wishing to purchase from this company, please be careful because the colours in real life doesn't look like the ones on their website and they don't do exchange or refunds. I find this policy to be strange as they operate exclusively as an online company. I can understand an online company not willing to do a refund however no exchanges even if I pay for the shipping, that's hard to swallow for any online customer. :(
