Took delivery and the water pump was faulty. Did get a replacement and then the uv filter housing snapped during install. Flimsy part not at all in keeping with the price point. assistance from Everest Labs and beyond asking me to turn it off and on again, zero response. With the chiller unit representing the highest percentage of the item cost (I opted for the PRO) I think anyone could reasonably expect to get more than two years out of an expensive appliance like this
Hugely disappointed and at a loss now - is the whole thing going in the bin because I can’t get after sales support?
EASILY THE BEST PORTABLE ICE BATH IVE… EASILY THE BEST PORTABLE ICE BATH IVE EVER USED. From the set up to the pack up.. simply incredible. I’ve used over 50 different PORTABLE ice baths over the last 20 years and this was simply perfect. And just to add, easy to clean and dried within 2 hrs!!!
DISGRACEFUL! Under no circumstances go with this company – Absolutely appalling experience. This company is completely unreachable—no way to contact them directly, and they take over a week to respond (if they even bother). After months of trying to resolve an issue that was their fault from the beginning, they had the audacity to block us the moment we requested a refund. arrived, and I am now being told that additional steps and fees may be required.
Despite my repeated attempts to reach their customer service team for updates, I have received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering that the product is still under warranty. As the chiller stopped working within 12 months, I am entitled to a replacement under warrant.
As a paying customer, I expected better support and quicker resolution. Under Australian Consumer Law, I should be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for faulty goods within the warranty period, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.
I understand that products can sometimes have issues, but the lack of communication and the failure to honor the original replacement agreement is unacceptable. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from EverestLabs.
There is no phone number as well to speak to anyone.

very poor and shady after purchase service – bought pod and chiller in jan - recieved on feb. no issues until after the 90 days risk free. pod leaking air. they offered to send new one. upon opening the 'new' pod it was crammed into a box and dirt + water marks where on the inside. then again… Read more
didnt stay inflated for 24hrs. they have agreed for a refund. shipped back to everestlabs warehouse and they recieved 23/08 since then they wont give me any infomation on the progress. last email recieved was 09/10 statig they will get back to me the end of the week. so tey have the product and they money...... very very poor. still waiting for some type of commincation as they wont give me a phone number to speak to someone.
Follow-up · Insulation kept it cold, Easy set up Chiller unit worked great. The massive let down was the tub and the constant holes and patching. Afternoon the 1st hole it was never the same. And the customer service in the end gave a full refund not before months of back and forth. Still can't believe they sent a replacement that wasn't new, had dirt and dirty water marks all over it... This has put me off buying inflatable tub.
Recovery game strong! – Since using the Everest Pod ice bath my recovery from a day’s worth of training has been next level! Joint pains have eased and movement has improved thanks to a simple daily protocol that takes less than 5mins! Couldn’t rate this high enough for anyone serious about their health! Show details

Best money ive ever spent – Im in love with my EverestPod. Im in there every day i possibly can. Apart from drugs theres no better high than getting in the pod. life changing. i love the look of the pod and everything feels qaulity, great service from the team at Everest as well, always happy to answer any of my questions. Best money you will ever spend, buy one NOW!
