Epic fail – On placing my order on the 10/11/21, I received an email confirming my order which was to be a birthday gift for my mother. On the 16/11/21, I sent an email asking for an update as I had not received anything else. 17/11/21 at 7.40am, I received a message saying that my order was "awaiting shipment", at 8.51am, another message saying "awaiting fulfillment", then at 10.47am, I received an email saying what I ordered and paid for is obsolete and only the "Premium" available and that the quality of the premium underlay is much better. On further questioning, I was told that what you have offered me is in fact the "Premium Wool Magnetic Underlay (Naked)" which only has 320 magnets versus my original order of 400 magnets. The "Premium Wool Magnetic Underlay" however has 410 magnets which is what I assumed was being offered to me in lieu of my order that was now obsolete. I sent yet another email asking how the "naked" product was better quality with significantly less magnets, stating that my experience with this business was not only misleading but very disappointing. The email received in response to my question was "The status of order #2525 is now Refunded" Way to conduct a business guys!
