one line nonsense email - DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and you wont hear from them again! Worst service and frankly daylight robbery!
I'd give 0 if I could for service I had to hound them over and over via phone and email to get my plants that I paid for. I would not trust buying from them ever again. If I didn't hound them I truly believe they would of taken the money . Please don't buy from them. There is a reason they don't have a Google review page.
Zero Stars for this terrible company. They delivered advanced trees which were yellowed and distressed and in the worst shape. I told them this immediately, and they have still not replaced the trees which are now dead. I have never had any issues with keeping my trees alive. This is the worst company with horrific customer service and bad quality trees! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
Prior to receiving my order my interactions with this company gave me red flags. They are rude, dismissive and aggressive. that day. I had to call at the end of the day and was told tree "would arrive the next week". The wrong tree was then delivered. I rang to advise and asked for a refund for the tree that was not delivered (tired of dealing with the company at that stage). Told someone would get back to me. I asked if they could get back to me today as last time I had to call back and the response of the customer service person I was speaking to was so rude. Do not deal with this company. Poor trees and worse service.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend: do not buy from this company.
Order was very delayed. Upon receiving first half of order, never heard back regarding the remaining trees ordered. I had to call over 10 times, leaving messages with no response. once planted, the trees died from the frost. The gum died prior to planting, 2 days after receiving. The team won’t do anything about this or issue a refund, citing their policy is that they must be contacted via writing within 24 hours (despite not picking up their calls). I’m so disappointed in my experience with this company as we spent a lot of money on these trees and trusted the product based on the strong marketing.
Ordered 3 accacia trees in 40L pots. Delivery was prompt, however the trees that arrived were less than half the size of their product photos. Reaching out to support and they say that there is natural variation, and that the pictures were from late summer stock (purchased mid-spring). Will not refund or replace. Don't trust the pictures online, they are deliberately misleading.
