Perplexingly bad – I've made wontons dozens upon dozens of times, using many different types of wrappers – brands, colours, thicknesses, sizes. All have been fine, until now. These Evergreen wrappers are dreadful. They are astonishingly fragile, falling apart under even the slightest pressure or movement. I tried making five or six, handling each one with increasing care. Every single one of them broke apart before I had finished shaping them. The wrappers are simply too fragile. Separately, they're also dusted with an absurd amount of cornflour.

Purchased in at Woolworths.

Silky Smooth – Easy enough to work with if you have even half a clue. Stuck together well, no bursts at all. Not sure what scootergirl is talking about. Silky smooth and delicious

They are fidgety – I got these different won tons and there is supposed to be 30 in a packet unfortunately they stick together to hard and you end up with thick ones that are like 3 sheets thick. The golden ones are heaps easier to use..
