Terrible experience. Poor service and thiefs of your hard earned money – I really do NOT recommend people using this business. have the manual engine start rope repaired as it had snapped. $800 later and they sent us back with still a NOT WORKING boat motor. Then asked for $200 more to fix an issue that they never owned responsibility for missing. The original invoice said it was tested in a tank which it clearly wasn’t.

When we took it back in, there was no apology, they just looked at it, charged us more.

When my mother in law went in to pay and asked why it didn’t work the first time, the old bloke raised his voice at her saying “LISTEN HERE” in front of other customers. Honestly shameful.

me 390 dollars vs the 58 dollar eBay ones so I assumed they would be good quality I open one up to find that they where Worse quality than the eBay ones at 7 times the price and that large peace of the Resin insulator was missing plus the coil didn't sit flush in the housing I asked for replacement or refund I was meet by the most Arrogant and rude (little man) owner I've ever come across and told me he's a mechanic and knows more than me and said that because it was order in that he would not give replacement or refund and said I would have to get hold of mercury to tell him that the coil was faulty he keep talking over me and wouldn't let me Explain my concern about how Poorly made the product is that he sold me when I told him that I would be leaving a bad Review he then said that I would regret that as he had my address as a threat and then said he was going to call the police on me as I left he's carpark he ran out filming me as I drove away I have never in 40 years come across such a Business owner with such a little man Syndrome save yourself the headache and steer clear of this joke of a owner!!!

Cheap knock offs from [Content Removed] – SAVE YOUR MONEY OWNER SELLS FAKE [Content Removed] knock off's and sells them TRIPLE the PRICE . When confronted he abouse me and had his workers come out as back up trying to intimate me . Caught out and couldn't even fix the problem.

Service – Very poor sevice way over priced very poor workmanship found prop lose then they tightened with rattle gun on a new gear box rang around and checked service price and the most was between $400 to $500 inc parts it cost me $728 and i found parts weren't changed out so not happy at all

Not happy – I purchased a new 5 hp mercury outboard . I took it back to them to see if it was pumping water properly. The motor is 1 month old . I was charged $ 165 for them to tell me it's ok not happy . Not good customer service

Avoid at all costs – Took my 23ft Whittley for a service. Read previous reviews so I seemed happy with them. But don’t ever have them touch your boat. goes bad. Plus it cost me a grand for the priviledge. Most dealers or service providers go over what the repairs and service they have done but oh no they just wanted payment and get me away. Obviously this is so I couldnt see it till I got home. Stay away from these cheats
