My first experience, I bought eggs, breeding capsule and chow. Overall, not cheap, roughly $170. Bought for daughter Christmas present. as they are eggs after all. $30 cost roughly.
Afterwards, I buy silkworm mixed breed pack because i still need silkworms. None of them mixed as advertised however, you noted that mixed does not mean equal amounts. Maybe don’t put mixed in the title cause that’ll deceive people. Not only that, when silkworms came, they were packaged straight into a parcel box.
Months later, wife buys silkworms and same thing again, packaged into a parcel box. Not only that, we’re missing one silkworms so you refund the difference. Partial refund of roughly $1.
One or 2 silkworms have died each day. No idea why as they are being fed everyday but most likely one of them is diseased.
This is my experience and I hope someone else will read this before they buy so they know the risk in potential loss of $$ and silkworms.
I ordered silkworms from this company and some were dead on delivery unfortunately and the rest died days after. i was hesitant to order again so i reached out by email. They were very prompt with their response and agreed to replace the silkworms as this was a rare occurrence.
The eggs only hatched 2 out as worms! Not Recommended

reason (pinning). Upon receiving the moths, they were packaged on some rough paper towel in a generic plastic take out container. The moths all had severe damage, including missing wings, brown spots and discolouration, rips, tears and were generally unsuitable for any sort of pinning (which was mentioned at the time in the product description, I really want to emphasise this). I reached out to the support team and sent them images of the moths, explaining the damage and what I had intended to use them for. I was told that as the moths die degradation is expected and I should send images of 'what I expected to receive'. Moths definitely degrade throughout their life, but I also understand silkmoths are raised in massive batches, and some would definitely be in better shape than others. I couldn't exactly source pictures of dead silkmoths because I'm just a random person with no experience in the industry so I ate my losses. For a product that specifically mentioned silkmoth carcasses for pinning and taxidermy, however, I would have expected that they would have chosen undamaged specimens, and packed them more carefully in those cheap plastic tubes with some cotton, not thrown in a chinese takeout box to be bounced around like a laundry spin cycle in the postal service. The level of disregard and sarcasm in the support is what has driven me to write a review, even 10 months later. I don't know if i touched a taboo or was the one being unreasonable somehow but what on earth am I supposed to do with $20 of shredded moths?
I ordered 24 eggs when I received them they had hatched and there was only 11 still moving four of them were stuck to sticky tape and Now five days later I only have three left . I am a teacher and I purchased them with my own money for our school. The children and I are very disappointed.
Bloody brilliant! The books were spot on – easy read for the kids and heaps of good info for us adults. Breeding capsule’s solid, no dramas at all. Got the rearing pack with healthy little wrigglers, and that blue chow? Kids thought it was wild – silkworms loved it too. Top service, quick post. Would definitely recommend for any school or home project!
Amazing service! Ordered a silkworm eggs on short notice, and it still arrived on time. The support team was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The product was good, well-packaged, everything was beyond expectations. Will be ordering again!
I bought the variety eggs pack. I received two vials, one tiny egg in one and two tiny eggs in the other. I was expecting 3 varieties and for $128 I thought I would get more than 3 eggs. None hatched. Complete waste of time and money. I contacted firm and was asked to send photos but how do you send photos of nothing? The instruction book I ordered was a kids book on the life cycle of silkworms.
Silkworms arrived alive but not as active as expected. A few did not survive the first few days even though we followed the care instructions closely. Good packaging and responsive customer support. Still a good classroom experience, but quality could be better with faster shipping.
Excellent for research – The silkworms arrived in good shape and lived up to 28 days, which was ideal for my study. Overall a reliable experience. Will likely order again.

Arrived well-packaged, but the quality was not as good as expected. I followed the provided instructions carefully; some of the silkworms didn’t thrive as I had hoped, making students' hands-on learning a bit challenging. Customer service was responsive, providing guidance when needed. However, the overall experience was ok.

Very Disappointing – We ordered 12 live silk worms. They came in a non descript box with 3 dead already. After emailing they asked for a photo and offered a partial refund of the 3 dead ones. Over the coming days all silk worms died after following the instructions to a tee. Really disappointing for our preschool children. I emailed to let them know with no response.

Bad customer service – The worst customer service. Wish I’d looked here before bothering with [Name Removed] and “Everything Silkworms”.
Silkworms all died within 4-5 days of receiving – Disappointed that our silkworms all died within 4-5 days of receiving them in the mail. Customer service was prompt when addressing our concerns however no cause was reached when I was doing everything correctly. I asked for a refund which was denied. I wouldn't purchase from them again.

Silkworms – I ordered 100 silkworms, definitely didn't look like 100, half had died before they even arrived. No signage on packaging to indicate Live worms, they were mailed in a regular post box with about 6 leaves. The rest died that week. They asked for a photo which I supplied and they chose not to respond. Pretty disappointing.
Business is a [Content Removed] – Basically a [Content Removed] - if they are out of stock, they would still take your money
Really bad service – This business is terrible, I purchased some eggs that did not hatch and then they sent me another order and charged my twice. I would not use this business as they are really rude too.
Untrustworthy – I bought a bunch of silkworm eggs for my daughter’s school project. I never received them. So if you choose no tracking number be ready for never receiving it. Stay away.
Nope nope – This business mislabelled their eggs and when i tried to call numerous times to rectify the issue, they sent a text hours later saying thats "normal" and customers dont usually care... then said they cant take calls as they are "overseas"? to be fairer, but I wont give them 5 stars as the customer service was quite poor, and it seemed obvious they were [Content Removed] calls. Definitely felt this company (a one guy operation) was not sincere or caring about customers, since he didnt even apologise for mislabelling the eggs and instead tried to convince me "thats normal"... nothing more frustrating than dealing with a business who lies and has no accountability, then takes hours to reply. My first interaction with them was also quite frustrating as their checkout was confusing. they failed to take my call that day either and when i asked if i could make a direct order they just replied "website!" As though i was bothering them? I had a bad feeling from the start because they charged 30 dollars for postage of a envelope.

photo as per request. Still, weeks later, none hatched. Was told I would be sent replacements but as it had been so long, they were no longer of any use, so I requested a refund instead. This was agreed to by the business. Was told to lodge a refund request through PayPal. This was then refused by the business weeks later. Was then told by the business to lodge a dispute through PayPal, this was declined. Contacted PayPal to discuss reason why as website guaranteed at least some silkworms would hatch as well as guaranteeing customer satisfaction on website. Was subsequently given a refund by PayPal as they recognised this business had done the wrong thing. Do not deal with this business. False claims made on website about being ‘Australia’s most trusted Silkworm Supplier’. This is a business that cannot be trusted to do the right thing by its customers.
