SCAM!!!! It’s now 10 months since I purchased this product. Firstly it was being dispatched, then a problem with the carrier blah blah blah. I emailed 6 months ago requesting a refund, I was told they would look into it. My order never arrived, I have not been refunded.

wondering where my order was I got told that my order had been misplaced and another replacement was sent out to me. I received it after about 2 weeks, thought it odd at the time that my koala only came delivered in a very cheap looking plastic bag, not the nice packaging as shown on the website. Unfortunately I didn’t open it to check and just packed it away until Christmas just gone. My daughter was excited to receive it but unfortunately the battery pack was hanging out with exposed wires, we tried 3 different types of batteries and nothing worked to turn it on. I have tried emailing the company for help and support but my emails are being ignored. I paid $78 NZD for this item and I have a very upset daughter who was hoping this koala could help her relax at night and support her to sleep.
