For me without exaggeration, overall the best purchase I've ever made. I am 57 years old and have a limiting physical degenerative impairment, since using the chair my lifestyle and holistic health has increased exponentially. Prior to experiencing the therapeutic benefits of this chair, my physical and mental health was in decline ; mobility issues, progressive limb numbness, restless sleep, associated anxiety and depression.

My first ride in the chair bought tears of relief and happiness. I couldn't believe the effect. It was surreal, and I can't actually express in words the overall impact. When I stood up from the chair I just felt so restored, reinvigorated and relaxed.

Within a few days the limb numbness that I had experienced for several months was gone, my agility had increased almost overnight and with ongoing use has continued to.

The quality of the massage is extraordinary. The massages still make me smile, it feels as though there are multiple masseuses working on you at the same time, the foot massage in particular is out of this world.

It is a bit more in the higher price range, but in context with the premium quality. There is a saying; 'Good things aren't cheap, and cheap thing's aren't good' when it comes to health and quality of life I couldn't recommend this more highly. One needs to consider a holiday is generally uplifting, but in most cases soon over, reflected on only in memories. With this Chair it is like having an ongoing holiday, or at least a live -in team of masseuses at your disposal 24 -7.

My wife baulked at the price at first, and stated that she wasn't one who really liked massages, finding them uncomfortable. Now she is just as much in love with it as I am. It is and has been used by us at least several times weekly and some weeks daily. There have been no issues at all aside from our addiction.

The service from staff was also top shelf remarkable. Chloe and Sophie, were so readily available, polite, intelligent and patient during our questioning prior to, during and after purchase, We had follow up contact + we received a beaut electric faux fur blanket by way of customer appreciation.

No Customer Service – Online booking app is not user friendly and don't bother calling the number provide as he does not answer. Could not make a booking for my purchase on Groupon so have had to cancel. Thanks Groupon for my credit.
