Express Lube at Long Jetty. I highly recommend this business. My daughter and I both use their service. Every single time they are not only helpful, but they are honest. They go out of their way to help you. It is great to be able to trust someone with what they are saying. They checked out a van for my daughter, told her all the work it needed then told her to run (which she did). In particular Nash is awesome and a real credit to his workplace.
Express Lube Erina ! Awesome crew. Been taking multiple cars to Express Lube Erina for over ten years now. Always fantastic customer service and work. Never had an issue. Flexible scheduling and do their best to accommodate changes best they can. Good comms and updates as well. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

leak in the sump and I would like that fixed them while you’re fixing that have a look over he did and came back with a list of what needed to be fixed so I said okay done paid $1200 for them to fix the rocket covers, flush the brakes, clean the engine bay and a couple other things I can’t remember it’s all on the paperwork told him not to rush. I’m not in a hurry as long as it’s ready before my holiday with my family we’re going Caribbean that’s why I bought the car. Get it back today. It’s running like shit. They didn’t fix the oil leak. They didn’t clean the engine bay. They didn’t give me the wheel alignment because it was pulling into the left. It was wooden idle. It stalled shook. They ruin the car so I rang them up politely and explain what’s going on now. This is my fault. They’ve threw the car outside. It’s been stolen. They didn’t do any of the work that I paid for. They refused to fix the leak and I’m down $1200 plus my car is missing and I’m supposed to go on holidays today with my family and they pretty much told me to get stuffed and then lied and said I threatened them. They are scumbags originally after they had a look over the Car his exact words was it’s in a lot better shape than I thought it would be to the extent on the list of things I needed to fix on it. He’s even got a missing clip of the air filter never mentioned anything about the 20 oil leaks. He says it has now because that’s him lying about covering up that he didn’t do his job. I pacifically wanted the sump oil leak fixed. Instead he fixed the rocker covers charge me for that didn’t fix what I wanted charge me for a few other things and then tried to hold my car hostage knowing that I needed it the very next day to take my family on holidays he tried to pretty much blackmailed me to give him more money because I’m desperate to have a car or my holiday is ruined 17 days away travelling driving with no car to tell Caravan that I just purchased for this holiday so I’m down about $40,000 and he wants to read me a few hundred dollars saying it’s my fault they made a mistake and not willing to fix it and lied and said I threatened them. I’ve got all the evidence of they making a mistake. I’ve got all the evidence and witnesses of me not threatening them calmly asking them to fix the problem. They didn’t want to offer anything. They gave me a free air intake clean and may I add they sent me a message saying your car is out the front away from the Shop, I’m not allowed on the premises and the key is inside the vehicle now my car has been stolen.
Went there for a safety inspection for registration was told failed due to rocket cover gasket leak$285 dollars later if oil does not leak on the ground or under motor it is not a problem it was just a smear no way leaking on ground I will never go back there again very poor also a quote for a transmission service $525 express lube know how to over charge and and do repairs that aren't required

Damaged vehicle while under their care – Car was damaged while in their care. Told must have been hit by a car in the carpark. Explanation did not fit the evidence. Refused to take responsibility. Be careful if you take your car there. When I asked to see the camera footage I was told they didn't have security cameras. However as you can see in the photos below they seemingly do as would be normal for any business.
At Express Lube Tuggerah – The staff are efficient and get the job done ASAP no time was waisted.The front desk team were well organised.The reception area tidy and clean and staff were dressed in suitable uniforms.
Providing more work for DECENT mechanics on the coast – My wife went to West Gosford to have a minor repair done to her car. On the phone with them, they said, "Sure, well take a look at it, if we can fix it we will". attitude. Being told, "You'll have to book it in, we're pretty busy at the moment". Even after she explained what NRMA roadside service identified what was causing the fault they still insisted on a full diagnostic. She left in tears. They certainly do an Express lube on you, but I'm not sure if they contemplate the lube at all!
Rude customer service – Please do not take your car to express lube West Gosford! I was there on Thursday and the man behind the desk, who I am presuming was the owner, was so rude in the way he spoke to me and very unhelpful, so much so, that I left in tears. The next day I sent an email of complaint and received no response from them at all
Change for work not performed – Took my car in for just a rego inspection, I checked the lights etc prior to leaving home and everything was working just fine. The mechanic performed the inspection and told me my taillight needed replacing and changed me $15 extra for this. neither taillight had not been removed to replace the globe. So basically they charge for work not performed. Dodgy as!
Supplementary Service – I took my new car for a supplementary service at 3K, ( OEM first service at 15K ). I wanted to change the factory engine oil out because it was new ( get rid of any machining nasties ). The guys at Long Jetty did a perfect job, they expertly changed and refilled and electronically checked the level. All good. will use again. Well done to Chris and the team.
service on our Mazda – Express lube at long jetty!!! The other week had Mazda serviced. Good staff, clean workshop, prices very reasonable. Will use again. Highly recommend to other people. Suit people on a budget.

inspect my car urgently. I went back very early in the morning (9 am), and I was told the same thing!
On both occasions, the receptionist was extremely rude, did not offer any help, or scheduled an appointment for me, which made me feel really unwelcome, so I thanked her and left.
I will never put my foot in any of these Express Lube stores again.
I give up worse mechanics on the coast – Call recently had my car serviced with these monkeys what can I say dented the bonnet crushed all the main wiring to the car when fitting a fuel filter causing it to catastrophically fail thanks for the inconvenience Peter
Terrible service – Incompetent. Told me my headlight was broken and would need to go see an auto electrician. I did that, cost me $100 and was told the guys at Express Lube Erina just hadn't pushed the headlight cable fully in. then told the only way to get any resolution is to go and see the boss in person as he is too busy of a guy to call me. What a joke.
Useless – Never go to this place. The workers are not at all professional. My alternator replaced with another faulty alternator. I have ended up taking the car to Honda to fix the problem. Lose of money .

been in contact with them as brought the car home it won’t start at all I’ve tried asking for repairs to be carried out and sorted out With the reply oh I think you have a cracked head it’s your problem it would of happened before coming to us! But hang on another mechanic performed the week prior a service and a power steering flush. The other mechanic told me they should of bleed the system in knowing what they were repairing was a water pump prior to the actual diagnosis of the $1k bill and told me my engine was gone to save me money then I could of acted were appropriate But they didn’t I’m a mum of 5 children a nurse unable to get my kids to school or get to work This has put my family out There is no care or offer too look over the car Nothing!!! It’s been a complete nightmare now I’m carless and they don’t care! My car is not even put back together correctly I just can’t believe it a big successful company like this When he came out too see why it wouldn’t start was turn the key and open the resivoir cap and said yes it’s a cracked head but don’t Quote me on it. Put unnecessary things – I usually visit express lube everytime for service.. this time I came here for service and registered check. pollen filter, rego was due in 3 weeks, so that was done and then the mechanic came to me and asked if I would come to the workshop. The front brake pads were almost non existent, so these were replaced as well.
All up, 80 minutes for this major service with rego and brakes and a surprisingly reasonable price of $380 and the rego inspection was half price with the servicing.
I can certainly see why Express Lube has gone from one workshop in West Gosford to 5 workshops on the Central Coast in just a few years.
I couldn't fault the price, the service was honest, quality replacements parts and oils were used and all up, I would highly recommend this business.
