How do I get in contact with someone – I would like to get in contact with someone about my photos please someone help me would like to get my photos it’s been a long time now would appreciate it if anyone could help me

Discussing – I'm a solo parent that doesnt have much money. Ive been waiting since 2014 for my photos I ordered. I've emailed and phoned and still no photos. Nor any reply. I paid over $4500 to Flocash. I'm not happy with this company at all. I won't to speak to some1 about a refund, and my photos. I think 5years waiting should deserve a massive discount please. not very happy – I am paying for my sons phone still he had them done at six weeks old and now he is 3 1/2 still waiting for my photos of him I have paid over $2000 for them I was meant to get them into years still have not got them not very happy going to cancel the money from my account then you can’t get no more money

Fat Scam! Do NOT buy any photos from expressions sessions!!!! – Big Fat screw you! I am a mother of 1 and i had some photos done for my girl. I have not received anything in the mail yet and my payments have all been paid. Been ringing, mailing, for a couple months now and still haven't heard a single word back. When i got them done they were located in Sylvia park and I can't seem to find them there anymore. Very upset I want my money back!

Rip off – Just received my canvas and CD today. I'm really disappointed. Although the canvas is good the CD only had 75 photo's on it when they told me it would have 96. The photo's I first received when I signed up (13) were the only decent photo's taken out of the whole 75! I paid something like $1100 for those 13 photos, 1 canvas and 1 CD. I have better ones on my photo that could have paid something like 20 to put on a canvas. I'm happy I've finally paid it off and will never get another session done with them.

cancelling – i paid $50 to them and then decided i didnt want the photos anymore because i cant afford to pay $25 a week Then they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee. of $450 !! what and wow. when i only gave them $50 they want $450 as well. umm no way. . apparently its written in the contract. i wasnt even given a contract to take home. DONT get photos from them. complete rip offs!!!

Bad Expression Sessions – Can't get hold of Expression Sessions in New Zealand..ringing...emailing...very concerning...they love taking money and that's it...they don't want to know...sounds shady as...so what to do...do we wait for?? what ..Christmas

Worst company! – I've been paying my daughters photos off for two years. Finally received the disc and large photo I ordered to find photos that I could have taken myself on my iphone, atleast 3 photos where her face is cropped half out due to shotty camera work, and the main reason I ordered these photos was for the large wood-like canvas that was in my package.… Read more

Imagine my surprise when I received a small roll up photo that would have cost me $12 to print myself at kmart. VERY disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible photos, terrible customer service and ridiculous prices for the product I received!!!!

Not worth the heartache – We had Fun at the photo session. Photo review a few weeks later had 19/240 available prints. EXPENSIVE! $1200 for all $950 for 13 on disc only. No other offer. $75 for one! Website offers no insight to packages and prices or how the photos would be presented. Broke my heart as I was really looking forward to having some of the photos. Scam for your money

Super expensive – I would not recommend this mob to anyone totally over priced and are a rort, very unprofessional and totally rip off would not tell you how much you were up for until you viewed the photos and said oh we have payment plan min of 13 photos with all photos on disc for $899 I'm like WHAT no thankyou

BEWARE, DO NOT USE!!!! – Got my daughter's pictures taken in May 2014. Completed my payment plan in Nov 14 and have still not received my photos. I have tried so many times to get onto these people but it has gotten to the point that emails remain un answered and phone calls unreturned. I will be going to Fair Trading about this scam. BEWARE!
