Great product, great service, good price – I ordered white shutters for a bay window in my daughter’s house. I was very impressed with the service I received and also the quality of the shutters and the price. The shutters were fitted within 3 weeks of final measure. I have hear that some companies can’t provide their shutters for 12 weeks. It’s great that EziLux have a factory in Underwood.

Excellent service – Really happy with the process of having our shutters installed. From getting quote to getting measurements done to installation. Everything was done smoothly. Installation was really good. The guy who installed ours cleaned up after and gave instructions on how to use the shutters properly.

that we had come to quote which took up to 2 hours and tried to onsell and get an emotional connection with us. All dealings with Ezilux have been very professional, with text message and email communication down pat.

Steer clear!! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! – We had our blinds done by Ezilux and it was one problem after another. First the salesperson didn’t get back to us for weeks, then the installer put the blinds on the wrong way and made them too short so they didn’t cover the windows properly. Ezilux... Professional and friendly! – Ezilux completed a large installation of 23 Roller Blinds yesterday as part of our renovations. My wife and I could not be more impressed with the company. The initial Assessor (Georgia) and the Installer (Zin Kim) were professional and friendly, backed up by Emily and other office staff who answered emails promptly and efficiently. Product and Service Unsatisfactory – Product took multiple appointments to complete not only having us to take leave from work to be at home. The reasons the manager gave me was "system error". Manager was not a good listener and made excuses the whole time. Felt like she wanted to end conversation as soon as possible.

Overall service was terrible and we will not recommend EziLux to anyone. And lastly please do not pay the final amount before you are entirely happy with the installation.

Did not match other reviews – Their representative gave me a verbal quote which I accepted. However, despite many texts, I never received a written/emailed quote in order to pay. I therefore had no choice but to go with another company

Professional company, quality shutters – We found Ezilux's customer service was first class. Very easy to deal with, from quote to installation and payment. The shutters are excellent quality and have transformed the look of our bedrooms. We used them a couple of years ago for the kitchen, and are very happy that we used them again.
