Sent me the wrong item. I contacted them and they said they would fix it. Sent me a replacement. They sent the wrong item again. Less than capable picking and dispatch team. Training issue? Or systemic failure?
Returns are very bad with this company. I ordered two small collars for my Toy Poodle (11 years old) and my Cavoodle (4 years old), but they did not fit properly. return shipping, receive a refund, and place a new order. This meant losing my original discount and paying for shipping again. This is the only company I’ve dealt with that has such an inconvenient and customer-unfriendly return process.
Very disappointing experience. I won’t be buying from this company again.
Purchased our ezi dog lead about 25 years ago at a stall on the gold coast. We still have it! Was just looking at some dog products for a new puppy we have coming soon and saw the name. It's lasted through a couple large dogs. Nothing new to review on but Will definetly purchase Ezi dog products. Hopefully they last as long as this lead has.
Spent $80 on your dog harness which lasted all of 4 months One strap broke at Stitching which I replaced with a tied strap the a month later 2 more stitch joints gave up and ended up With my heeler chasing cars up the main road . This has got to be the the highest priced poorly manufactured harness ever - choose elsewhere
Already had an ezydog harness rear attachment for the leash so my golden retriever pulls very badly. Stopped at my local pet shop and got a up front Dring attachment for the front. First walk with it she walks with a loose leash. Like some sort of miracle. This will change our lives. Amazing products
Bought a collar that had a little switch on it so the collar couldn't just come undone. However the collar is barely 5 months old if that and even with the switch on it just comes off. As soon as any pressure is applied. I can't take her for walks with that collar because as soon as she pulls it comes off.
Cheapskates – Returns have been a pain, I ordered a small collar for my purebred Pomeranian and it doesn't fit well I tried exchanging for a medium it's the only company to tell you that you have to pay for return shipping then they won't exchange it, you have to return it, it gets a refund and then you have to put in a new order losing the discount and having to pay for shipping again, very disappointing process. I won't be buying from this company again.
A replacement Quickfit, as they are so good – Just fitted our replacement Ezydog Quickfit harness, the first kept our Kelpie boy safe in the car and on our walks for 3 and a half years, he has it on more than off and we do beach and rivers, rain, hail & shine 7 days a week and it has never failed. adjust, comfortable for the dog and perfect for the car belt. The only difference from the first, is the colour, as they do such a great job of keeping our fella safe
Formfit mesh harness – Fantastic harness for our toy poodle. Excellent quality & design. Frankie did not like other harnesses she needed to put her head through. The Formit mesh harness is a step in harness which is very secure. Love the ability to personalise the harness with Frankie’s name and a mobile number. Great buy , would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Dog Bed – We love our Ezy Dog Next Gen Ortho Lounger Bed, or should I say Ragnar loves his bed. He's an active, inquisitive 6 month old Rottweiler, doing his best to destroy it, and it's handling the punishment incredibly well. And in third quiet times, he'll sleep on it for houts and hours. brands on their website and their unwillingness to place on unfavourable reviews to those items, or any items for that matter. They have unwavering commitment to only filtering through positive reviews. I've given very good reviews on the ezydog gear and unfavourable reviews on the other brands. And none of the unfavourable reviews ever get through. No matter how many times you write it. I've had several items fail within a day of using them. I find that companies who only put up 4-5 star reviews are very untrustworthy and fake. As consumers never really know what they're getting. Just be wary that items on their might not be as they appear when you receive them. However this is only applied to non ezydog branded gear.

to let them know how they fitted my dogs, I wanted no refund, no exchange however the beautiful lady Vibeke couldn't do enough for me, she went above and beyond. I sent measurements of the dogs yesterday, new harnesses arrived today and they are perfect..we went with the x -link which wasn't my first choice but I'm so glad I listened to her..they are the best..great support for the dog as well

I used the online size guide to purchase my harness and unfortunately it wasn’t accurate for my dog and the harness I ordered ended up being too large. I emailed Ezydog and they responded almost immediately, apologising for the inconvenience and offering to send out a free return satchel and a smaller size. They even had the courtesy to send the replacement harness via express post and refunded the difference between the two sizes when I returned the harness. Her new harness fits perfect and I cannot thank the company enough for assisting me with my purchase. The quality is amazing and I know will last for years, it is tough, durable and made from quality materials, I love the reflective material for night walks and better the custom labels you can affix to the side of the harness. Support local business, buy local, you will be glad you did.

So I had to purchase yet another harness being an escape proof design due to how my dog is proportioned. She keeps being able to get out from the back of it, which I expressed to the company. I was put onto the designer of the product and they sent me out a smaller size with return shipping that simply was too small for my dog. The issue here is when I do simple walks to the shop and have her tied out on a pole, I expect her to be there when I come back out. Not today, final straw, there was my dog running around the car park, avoiding people who were stressing her, managed to get her as my local postie knows her, he walked around the front of her to allow me to secure her. The person I spoke to, he was rude to me, asking me what I wanted. I rang them to inform them that there was a failure of the design, I didn't want anything. Today I am looking at a different solution that has 3 secure points to stop my dog from escaping the way she does. Really sad it came to this but when I see my dog in danger, of no fault of my own, it leaves me very little confidence in a product that is branded "ESCAPE PROOF DOG HARNESS"

placing an order online was simple....except I managed to stuff it up! After changing my mind on colour so many times, I accidentally forgot to change the size I needed. I called first thing the next morning and the customer service I received was amazing to say the least. After I apologised profusely about my error, they changed the order to the size needed and now 2 days later it has arrived! From beginning to end I have no complaints about the ease of ordering, the exceptional customer service and the quality of the product! I LOOOOOVE the ability to add names to the harness too! Jigsaw loves walking on the harness and he doesn’t pull or try to squirm. It is so easy to adjust to the perfect fit! I will be shopping here again and again, and recommending to everyone!
Good Quality – These products are meant to last. They are easy to use and the harnesses are comfortable for dogs to wear. i would definitely recommend Ezy Dog for a product that will last without problems.
Great products and customer service – EzyDog is the only brand I'd recommend - I've got two large strong dogs and the EzyDog products are perfect for keeping them under control when out walking. The products are well made and strong, as well as comfortable. I have the double-up collars, road runner leash, convert harness, handy leash, soft touch coupler and chest harness. Customer service is also fantastic!
