Criminals Platform – The majority of advertisers are scammers. Facebook continues to allow this as it is a greedy company. They also hate criticism.

Facebook customer service is non-existent – I reported an issue just over 5 years ago concerning an individual of whom I have no association with but has some how registered a FB account and subsequently I ended up receiving notifications to the email account registered. and logged into the account to learn that this particular individual resides in the USA and has decided to use my email address for some unknown reason.

So I blocked this individual from accessing or adding content to it just to make this person's life a living misery.

I quickly reported this individual along with a request why this person was using my email address. FB quickly responded and due to some silly American wording in their response, they said, "...due to our technology, we have not found anything wrong and (paraphrasing) instead we would ask you to block any notifications from this person???

As I already mentioned earlier, I don't have any association with this person other than the fact that some how this person has decided to use my email address without my authority.

5 years later, I am getting code notifications coming from the same nuisance that I have asked FB to remove the account or advise the holder to use an alternative email address!

Nothing at all, I have emailed them with no response what so ever. I was in the midst of filing this as a cybersecurity threat with the AFP just to get some kind of judicial response.

What an utter waste of my time...

FB customer service and their useless support articles are an absolute joke. I wouldn't use them if I can actually avoid them where possible.

Facebook will rip you off – They offered me $30 for 7 days to put my business out there Two days later shut down my account But kept taking money it’s got to $1200 before I cancelled my credit card And because I couldn’t get into my Facebook I couldn’t stop it

Hacked – been stuck with a hacked page for more than a month. FB has been alerted and screenshots supplied. They've done nothing. Page is stuck in limbo. FB operators are too low level to know what to do. They create a support ticket that goes nowhere. Seriously unimpressed as our business relies on FB. Turning our spend to Google and Microsoft instead now.

RIDICULOUS – I am in 2 groups for pet loss and put the loss of my pets in them. Was told i was in breach of rules due to multiple comments . What? I am in the two groups why cant I tell both??

Facebook - Community Standards – Cherry picking bad science or yet no counter science when censoring & removing opinions on posts I guess is the new norm in todays society from a biased billion dollar media giant. You will be losing your audience in know time. Well done!

ZERO business support – We suffer from continual shockingly bad "service" from this giant who is perhaps too busy making billions. We are trying to advertise. There is no way for us to contact anyone at Facebook. NONE. Emailed their senior management team in Australia and USA. No-one responds. example: they made changes to our business page which are incorrect but we cant contact them to fix and there is no way to edit ourselves. Steer clear. For a company who is quick smart to take your money, our experience is you will be lucky to get any support in return.

Customer service is non existent – Even for billion dollar businesses. Business support does not exist. They are all crowd-serviced where regular people offer to help on their behalf. Absolute joke of an organisation, really is.

Worst Company & Customer Service – I cant do anything on my page, followers don't show then appear then disappear cant write reviews or have anyone write review. Ive reported and they never get back to you. The WORST customer service on the planet.
