Her notes were proper observation notes (not opinionated commentary). They were accurate, respectful, and ensured our child felt safe and supported. It was like comparing opposite poles: one damaging and unprofessional, the other caring and exemplary.

If you have no choice but to engage FCS, ask for Leah or an experienced professional like her. We need more people like Leah in the family court system. In fact, Leah was praised in court and stood out as the only saving grace for FCS.

One of the biggest challenges for me was a deep sense of shame. Being in a public space under supervision made me fear the judgment of others, as if I were a bad father or had done something wrong. But Leah's respectful and professional attitude completely removed that feeling. Not only did I not feel ashamed, I actually felt proud to have someone like Leah present.

I am sincerely grateful for Leah’s highly professional, unbiased, and justice-focused approach. She was both structured and incredibly kind and supportive. Leah was not just an observer—she fully participated in whatever games my child wanted to play, no matter the weather, cold or hot. paediatrician, dermatologist and gp. And this was after very detailed and specific instructions were given regarding my sons medical condition. Third, [Content Removed] IS SHE TO BE ADVISING ANYTHING?!?!?!? Her job is to supervise and report back about if the father has the common sense to be able to follow medical advice provided. She should ***NOT*** be advising ANYTHING!!!!! Forth, she did not seek consent to have my son photographed and he was photographed during the sessions without my knowledge and I didn't find out until the 7th visit. Fifth, her report was full of lies, personal opinions and bias. Sixth, she twisted words and said things in her report that were completely out of context and untrue. Seventh, she put myself and my son in direct danger from our abuser. Eight, she was telling the father when to feed, change nappies, clean my son etc.... again, your job is to watch if he can do that... then reported that he could, gave glowing reviews even though he is not capable of looking after a small child. She needs to be fired. I cannot believe she is allowed to do this job. She shouldn't even be working at her age. Go and retire and save everyone else the pain of having to deal with you!!!!

Caring, professional & diligent – I had many supervised sessions with Susan and had an amazing time, especially considering the situation my family has been put in. that the parent being supervised is a genuine risk to the children and has a recorded history of abusive behaviour toward the child, often accompanied by substance abuse. The second reason is that in the court system there has been a case of character assassination, where by the court system is used to further abuse the other parent and indirectly the child. with serious accusations, the court is left with no choice but to employ the services of a child supervision service in order to get a written account by an impartial and non bias third party. this was in my case. At first i had feelings of shame and felt that i was going to be placed in an environment being judged by a person who has already sided with the other parent. this could not be further from the truth. I had the pleasure of being accompanied by a very professional Superviser called Leah. Leah's approach can be described as a child focused "no nonsense" attitude. Leah is firm but very caring. I quickly learnt that Leah is 100% focused on the interaction between the child/ children and the parent. it is very apparent that Leah takes into consideration not only how the parent behaves through their actions, but their communication techniques and how the child interacts and responds to the parent. Leah constantly takes hand written notes which articulate in fine detail the organic flow of the interaction she is assessing. Leah will involve herself in activities such as card games like UNO. please note that this interaction is purely to assist in her presence being natural and comfortable and is in no way a tool to manipulate the outcome of the session. Leah is absolutely focused on the child safety at all times and holds their well-being paramount in all engagements. it would be safe to say that Leah would take on a Rhinoceros to ensure the safety of the child. As happy as I am with Leah's professionalism as she accurately recorded my interactions with my children in a positive light, Leah strongly acts in a non bias approach and i can safely say that she will not hesitate to take note and report any areas of tension, bad behaviour or forced disingenuous behaviour. Leah is a brilliant asset to the team and i would recommend her not only as a plesent person to work with but for her professionalism and attention to detail putting the childs needs and safety first.

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE – I've had about 5 visits now and this service is absolutely terrible. They are allowing the other parent to continue the coercive control, manipulation and abuse that me and my daughter have only just started to heal from. little fella, so she worked in well with Judy’s firm but kindly direction and ideas . He always called Judy “Teacher”. Judy’s reports were very thorough, and her powers of observation like an eagles. I was a bit hesitant at the start, unsure how the sessions would pan out, but Judy quickly won my confidence over, so I was happy for Judy to be in charge for the role her and FCS were contracted for. The billing side worked without a hitch, so top marks for the admin / management support behind the scenes. The final detailed report for the Family Law Court, was on time, very well documented, thorough and the Family Court Official who used it, was very appreciative of the quality, careful observations and usefulness of it. Any questions along the way I had were answered professionally, objectively and in a timely way. I would have no issues recommending FCS to anyone. I have read all the reviews, even the one where someone was very disappointed, so I felt sorry for that parent and that there appeared to be some still unresolved issues and a big gap between expectations and service delivery. I paid for factual which your company did not provide & the victims here are my two young children, seeing their dad a lot less than the previously. Shame FCS.

FCS have rules, regulations & guidelines they are bound by, one of these being, factual observational notes. Blatantly lying on so many occasions by way of text and emails, thus giving me more evidence on top of their non factual notes. I am not just a parent who is venting, rather a parent who is WARNING all other parents. Love & miss your children? Please stay miles away from this company...

I have evidence of their lies, their cover ups & non factual observational notes. I have emails, text messages & video recordings to prove this, FCS were not impartial & are very much gender racist.

This has caused my children sadness & depression, which I brought to the attention of the owner of FCS & the manager. Asking to meet with them, to show the evidence that contradicts her supervisors, hoping to rectify this, so no other parents & children have to suffer at the hands of this company. The owner refused to listen or look at my evidence, instead pointing her finger blaming the customer & refusing to consider her supervisors were at fault.

FCS has shown complete contempt towards my children & I, not once listening or showing any empathy whatsoever, my two children are 5 & 3 years old & are suffering emotional trauma due to the unethical practices of FCS.

Look me up on facebook & I will take as much time needed to prove to you that this company is one that you not only need to stay away from, in fact you have to inform as many people as you can of the actions of this non factual & heartless company & how low they will go or who they hurt, never concerns them one bit. They overcharged me, double billed me, charged me for visits I have already paid for & canceled on my children & I on at least 6 occasions due to staffing issues. FCS your response doesn't surprise me, considering it's also a lie. You do not work in the best interests of the children, I provided you with 4 pieces of hard physical evidence, contradicting your supervisors reports & you still lie publicly in your response. Unprofessional & unethical, the apple never falls far from the tree. Your replies to every 1 star review, you blame the customer for not liking the reports instead of looking into the truth. I sought legal advice prior to offering you a chance to resolve this away from courts you declined. Never showing any empathy or respect to my children. Look at my evidence, they deserve it as does every child who is a victim of FCS. FCS you happily took a lot of my money, yet now you won't even look at my evidence nor pay me back my money. You claim to have no money, yet you can afford a lawyer it seems. Money drives you, hearing my childrens cries & the truth drives me. This is not the end of this matter, it's just the beginning & with all my evidence the truth will shame FCS. The public deserve the truth & I'll provide factual evidence so future customers not only share this review but never even consider using FCS.
