What to expect when buying from Fast Car Beds – Expect the bed to turn up later than promised, sometimes months later. Expect the bed to turn up damaged or missing parts, sometimes both. Expect to be spoken to rudely when calling them. Expect that the promised returned call will never happen. Expect spare parts to be non exsistent. Although the beds are pretty good Expect to pay a lot more than they are worth.. I have nothing positive to say about my dealings with this company.
Disgusting service still no remote !! – Took months to get the bed kept stalling and then was told the correct colour wasn’t on the shipment got offered a red one which I had no interest in I paid for a black gt racer, I then got offered a blue one which I decided to accept as was fed up of waiting. bed numerous emails and they reckon they sent out a replacement in a package with 2 5 dollar prints, it wasn’t in there I opened the package myself, it was also left outside even though a signature was to be obtained, 6 Months later no remote!!! no response to any emails I have sent and I’m absolutely over it great company for taking your money giving you different products that don’t even work, worse thing is they disappointed my little boy and still want the remote so I can finally get the bed to work, ombudsman next.

intend to bag out fast car beds, just let everyone know my experience in order to make up there own mind of weather or not to business with them.
First contact with fast car beds was June 2017. Ordered a Bed and some other products with a promised delivery time or 4 - 6 weeks. Paid $500 deposit. (Bed was for a birthday pressy in Sep so plenty of time i thought to get the bed to WA.)
6 Weeks past and attempted contact with fast car beds begins.
Got sick of calling the phone number (message bank was always full)
3 Emails later & a Facebook message all with no reply.
3rd or 4th email i had to request my deposit back because i was concerned this company didn't exist any more. I also mentioned that if i didn't received a refund i would log a job with the ACCC.
Date is now end of October. Birthday is long gone.
Not long after the threat to call ACCC i received a call saying the bed had arrived in the Australian warehouse.
I was positive :)
Fast car bed requested the rest of the money before they can ship the bed.
I was hesitant but paid the final bill including cost of shipping to WA. Date is now mid November.
At this stage the message bank had been cleared and phones were being answered. Things were looking good. Still no replies to email however.
Anyway, after final payment had been made i assumed an invoice and shipping detail would have been sent. I was wrong. Nothing sent. not even a reply that funds were received.
Concerns rising again.
When ever i called the friendly staff insisted that the shipping company were coming to get it, and they were just waiting on the final cost of the shipping. Weird considering i had already paid for shipping. "We hope to sent it this arvo if not tomorrow'.
Any way hate to beat a dead horse.
I decided to call the freight company to ask why they are talking so long to pick the bed up. The freight company were very surprised. They had no record of dealing with fast car beds and no jobs or quotes in the system for delivery to my address in WA.
Concerns very high now.
Since i found this out this morning fast car beds have not replied to my email or my calls all day.
I have giving them until the 28/11/2017 to provide shipping details and tax invoice. If nothing happens i have requested a full refund.
That's were I'm at right now. $2200 in the hole and nothing but bad service to show for it.
I have been patient and polite with all staff at fast car beds. It really is a shame that false promises can be made like this. They can take my hard earned money and give me nothing in return. Not even a tax invoice.
I will keep this review up to date as things progress.
I hope things improve.
UPDATE 7/12/2017 :
I received a call from FCB. They have been in touch with the courier. The offered a full refund or we can continue with delivery. I choice the later.
Bed is now with Northland freight and should be in Perth tomorrow.
All things going well we should have the bed by next week.
All in All this has been stressful purchase for me. But credit to FCB for getting onto of this order in the end.
GTR car bed – Terrible company and service. Took 5 months to get the car. We were told 4 weeks when we ordered in the October then Xmas then Jan. We finally got it by March. When it arrived it was the wrong colour and broken. The accessory advertised with the car were not included. Dealing with the company over the phone was a nightmare. We ended up going to Fair Trading to et broken bed replaced. Would never deal with this company again.
My Son is going to Melt!!! – Girls were Amazing helpful upfront with there Service I could not believe I could even buy such a bed.Its my sons 4th bday present and I can't wait to see the look on his face I thought you could only ever get those old fashioned type carbeds.When my Uncle had seen it he asked OMG were is the engine.He could not believe it!!!! Fantastic experience from start to finish! – From the website ordering to every single communication they have been amazing! My car bed for my son arrived before Christmas and was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Fast Car beds to anyone!
Great bed very good service! – I purchased a yellow V8 quattro with two F1 storage boxes and an F1 rug in 2014. I went to the showroom to see the beds and let my son pick the one he wanted. The staff where very friendly and helpful and the delivery was on time. We had an issue with the F1 storage box so we contacted fast car beds and they delivered another box. I recommend fast car beds and will be purchasing another bed for my youngest son.
Great Customer Service and Great Product – We just received my little boys bed and he is absolutely in love with it. I'm just going to say the customer service was great always spoken to nicely, the time frame they gave me was spot on and every email replied too. Thank you Fast Car Beds for making my little boys dream come true and making my life easier that he sleeps in his bed and not with mummy anymore.
Customer service – I ordered my bed and had to pursue it after weeks of waiting. I was getting concerned it wasn't a genuine company. wouldn't have being a problem, paying everything upfront is not always smart. It all worked out and the product is amazing my sons face was brilliant when he first seen and heard it. Great product with poor service and false promises, as long as the products great the rest can be improved.
Great product, great service – Great salesmen, great customer service and fantastic product. The bed goes together pretty easily but best done with two people. I would and I have recommended Fast car beds to everyone.
Great customer service – I cannot rate this company enough. I bought my son a race car bed approx 12 months ago. From the moment I paid I was fully informed of waiting and delievery times. but It was really refeshing for a company to acknowledges a problem and give you a solution. The product however is awesome! My son Jensen loves his bed and 12months on still looks brand new. Well done and keep up the good work!
My son loves his bed – I though the change to cot to bed would be hard since my son was only one years old. However the fast car bed that we got, Audi R8, was perfect the sides were high enough that he didn't roll out and now as he gets older he can easily get out of bed safely. Show reply
Do you sleep in a race car bed? – How do you know your son/daughter is spoilt? Get them a CAR BED! Uf you're thinking of getting a car bed do it! We tried everything to get our son out of our bed and as soon as saw the beds he didn't want to leave. Location is abit hard to find we missed it the first time but just make sure you use your GPS! :-) Show reply
One happy boy – We have a m power car bed with lights and sounds. Little one loves going to bed. When bed arrived remote was missing but was sent out straight away to us. We gave it to out boy for Christmas and the loo on his face was worth every cent. !'

Great Bed but disppointed there is not an inner spring, non-memory foam mattress option – The bed, bed features and service are great. Our boys both have fast car beds and love them. I am however disappointed there is not an inner spring mattress option, given the health concerns surrounding many of the chemicals often used in memory foam mattresses.
Loved the product, easy to deal with – Highly recommend Fast Car kids beds / furniture, my daughter loves her bed & company was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely purchase from them in the near future. Thanks! Show reply
Irresponsible and passively aggressive customer care, unsafe practices in using your credit card det – Hi there, We purchased a car bed few months before, as it looked lot better comparing to other products available at that time. multiple reassurances given, told us it is posted and even a tracking number was given, which latter proved to be all outright lies.
Eventually after many weeks of delay we were told we will not be getting the colour of our choice at the time of ordering, and ended up receiving a damaged product, which we didn't bothered complaining, as by that time we were hopeless of the company and our son will not settled down without that product.
To much of our shock and disappointment, we also learned from the employees there that, the credit card details were not used online and discarded confidentially, but a hard copy is stored and processed manually. We were told firmly that, it is a safe practice, apparently! However in few days after the car bed reached us, we received a call from the bank of a suspected transaction. On enquiry it was proved to be a person from Sydney have used our bank card details to create a guest account with PayPal, and did multiple purchases using the card. The card was immediately cancelled, PayPal refunded us the money, and promised an enquiry about that account, but refused to give any details of the person including the address used for purchase, which can be helpful for us to pursue a police case.
Great Service – All round Great Experience . Kept fully informed and updated on orders. Easy to deal with. Not only a sales focus but after sales service was amazing. Highly Recommend this company

not impressed – Couldnt wait to get the GT bed for my son. Friendly at time of purchase and very helpful. Once bed delivered. now 2 shades of blue... they seem to think we r after money. Well we are NOT. all we want was something we paid for. They are bery disloyal and i will be more than happy to hear from the boss and still waiting on a call back. Also not to mention the ned is only good for about 50kg as the wood frame is cheap and now my sons bed is coming apart. Try and get someone to return emails and calls yeah thats right.... o yeah and not to mention to much negative here. Do not recommend the bed... as the saying goes GOOD FROM FAR, BUT FAR FROM IT....

These people expect you to carry out own repairs during warranty periods... the funniest thing is that they have the nerve to say the bed has fallen apart due to "misuse". Lol can someone explain how a 5 year old sleeping in the middle of the night and bed falls apart is misuse o yeah and not to mention. My son has injured himself over this, and no care factor.
Oh well dissatisfied I will say. I have been seeking further action over this.

general a very tolerant people and we never complain. Usually we are very understanding and patient with services when things go wrong, but these people pushed us to the limit. We ordered from them since February as it was our boy's birthday and we wanted to surprise him. They said by April will arrive and we accepted. In April excuses of late container started and they said it will arrive by June guaranteed! In June after we called and chased them to know what is happening the reply was "oh the bed should arrive to Sydney docks by the end of July! When my husband got upset and asked them to refund the money and cancel the order, he started getting phone calls from the owner harassing and threatening emails. Till this day we didn't get our money back or the bed and we raised it to the higher authorities.
We decided to leave reviews every where so innocent people and poor kids dreams don't get played off by these people. When we left reviews in social media they blocked us so they can fool other people. What kind of a service who blocks people's reviews and not try to solve issues unless they are being untruthful.
DO not buy from these mob and I really suggest that if you got scammed to raise it to authorities too. This place must shut down.

I had to chaise them up many times for update . Eventually they said ohh we are sorry we got some delays bla bla . It will arrive in June
I'm an easy man and I run a business based on containers as well so I said I'll wait but you guys need to guarantee me June delivery , they said yeah yeah this should be fine. Well, we are in June and I called for an update and guess what. Sorry again the bed will leave the factory in Europe next week and it should take another 5-6 to arrive !!!!! What a joke . They said we sent you an email update , yes they sent an email in May telling me that the bed will be shipped from Europe in 2 weeks !!! That was in May . Go figure ...
I'M not sure what the wife would like to do now . And all that and I'm not even sure if the product will be good or not.
Simply I advise everyone to stay away from this business . Lucky me I got everything documented so they will not play games when I ask for my refund ..
Do not buy unless it is in stock . This is my advise.

Absolutely Terrible customer service – I ordered a bed which was meant to come in November and didn't arrive until February. In between this time they only emailed once that it was going to be delayed. Every other time after that, contact was made by myself to see how far the bed was. first place about the issue went on leave and didn't let anyone else know about it. If it wasn't for me to contact them regarding follow up, no one would of called about the issue.
1 week on and I am still waiting for contact as I keep getting told they are STILL trying to figure out a solution!
I will never buy from these people again, and as far as spending $1000 on a car bed, the quality is not even worth it. Definitely not a product made in Europe very cheaply China made!
