Ordered items 8/01/26 for stated delivery by 15/01/26, but order hasn't shipped. Like others have noted an Australia Post tracking number is generated but it is not collected. They don't answer emails and the phone number only leads to an answering machine stating you have called out of hours. Fast Direct Packing is a scam website
PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY TO COMSUMER PROTECTION if you havent received any correspondence. I placed my order on the 5th Jan, I emailed asking for an update. Got a sloppy response saying due to holidays and staffing issues there was a delay with shipping. Got a tracking number but nothing has been lodged with Australia post. I have since emailed and called multiple times but "get calling outside business hours"

I placed my order on 6 January, and as of 9 February the products have still not been shipped. I have emailed the company twice seeking an update and have received no response. Nearly two weeks after placing the order, a tracking number was provided via Australia Post, only for half of the order to then be cancelled. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable.

weeks of silence, I received an email on 15 January stating that my order had been shipped and providing an Australia Post tracking number.
However, as of 7 February, the tracking still shows “label created only” — the parcel has never been lodged with Australia Post. No products have actually left the business.
Since then, I have: - Called multiple times during normal business hours on different days — every call goes to voicemail claiming I’m calling outside business hours - Sent two separate emails requesting an update — no response at all.
At this point, there has been zero communication, no shipment, and no explanation. Marking an order as “shipped” when it clearly hasn’t been sent is misleading, and the complete lack of contact is unacceptable. Given the timeframe, I now have no option but to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
For context, this is not a complex or custom order, and even allowing for holiday delays, 7–10 business days should have been more than sufficient from order to delivery.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. If something goes wrong, you appear to have no way of contacting them and no confidence that orders are actually fulfilled once payment is taken

now over a month and I’m still waiting on my order that staff said would be going out two weeks ago no tracking yet so not even attempted delivery yet what a joke
Edit they work as fun foods direct and lasoo also no abn number reg for fast direct packaging checked previous invoice and nothing was on that either

On the 20/01 I received an email saying my order has been shipped by standard postage. The shipping label has been created with Australia Post but the order has still NOT been posted and today is the 29/01. I tried calling again but the recorded message now says I have called out of Business hours in the middle of the day? I am really sus about this company and am going to attempt their ' request return ' button near my order on their webpage. TERRIBLE service.... I actually do NOT care if they are short staffed, HIRE some more staff and get your orders out. You have our money!
01/02/2026 now and still have not received my order and the Aust Post Tracking number still does not say received by Australia Post. :(
Follow-up · Update- I remembered I had paid via Paypal so had PayPal Buyer Protection(YAY) and they refunded me within a few minutes. A few weeks later I received an apology email from Fast Direct Packaging that offered a sincere apology and a Refund. More like Slow Indirect (What) Packaging as they don't even send it. I ordered on 8Jan and followed up on 21JAn just to be told they were too busy to fill my order so offered a refund so I ordered from Lasoo which tells me Items Dispatched from Fast Direct Packaging but I'm still waiting and wonder if I will ever see them. Avoid them and Lasoo it seems as well.
I placed an order with Fun Foods Direct Jan 4. Had to request a tracking number, they responded with a number, status shows still not in Aus Post system. No answer to calls nor email. There is different names associated with this company. The website states too many orders now, so not taking any more. Suspicious that this company is on the way out.
Follow-up · Order still not arrived and now nearly 2 months after ordering an email from company mentions a refund and many problems within company.. I raised the issue with my bank, and this is still ongoing. Absolutely dreadful service from Fun Foods or Fast Packaging Direct.
Issue resolved. Refund from company. Thanks to paying by Visa.
Never consistent. Some orders are shipped immediately, others take up to a month with no updates or communication. If you are a business don't trust this supplier, they will leave you hanging. Currently waiting almost a month for soft serve supply.

same dribble as previously. Then on the 21/1/26 I received an email advising my order is cancelled and a refund issued. So have waited 15 days for nothing. Absolute joke of a company.
Follow-up · Have since received an email advising of unexpected & significant disruptions they have been dealing with over last few weeks causing delays in processing some orders. The online store is temporarily paused and can try again next week. We will see

address, I have to pay for the extra postage cost. I think thay deliberately put an fake address in. So to say I did it. But I've gotta stuff before and it always came to the right address, I won't be ordering anything more from them.
We ordered all the items 06/01. I followed up 07/01 with Fast Direct Packaging and they said all items were in stock. I called them many times for tracking details and they just keep giving excuses about warehouse delays and short staff. Refunded 15/01 as the order still hadn't been dispatched. This supplier needs to give accurate information to customers. I definitely wouldn't depend on them for your event. Customer service is terrible.
Product arrived on time, easy to deal with, well packed, excellent to get some proper sherbet that taste great perfect on ice cream, good price good everything really, totally recommend
Follow-up · The texture is smooth not grainy at all, blends well with ice cream, has a nice colour change over ice cream, the raspberry flavour is nice and tastes real with a good fizz to top it off, I have looked for some time to find a sherbet that tastes and works like it should and how I remember it, totally recommend
My package arrived like this and they offered a 50% refund saying I should have had insurance for a $15 item. This is not acceptable under the Australian Consumer Law
Paid for EXPRESS shipping. Item was finally sent 4 days after order was made. Still no answer as to why it took them 4 days to send it, SO where is my refund for the "express" shipping?
still haven't recieved my order I paid over 3 months ago. Been ringing the overseas call centre and haven't got a refund or a call back about my products I ordered
Ordered two large rolls of bubble wrap. Best price I could find and it was delivered FAST! Very impressed with the quality and speed of post, I will definitely order again!

If only you could rate 0 stars! – Made and order and got shipping info quickly. After a week though it was still awaiting shipping by the seller. So I emailed and they answered relatively promptly with a poorly worded email saying they have lost the order and apologising, assuring me it had been refunded. No refund was received and I followed up with an email that wasn’t responded to. Eventually I had to lodge with PayPal and got the refund from them. Do not order from here!!

Poor and slack – I made an order through Mydeal on the 19/04/2024. I am still waiting for my package to arrive. I’m not happy with the service or communication of mydeal or fast direct packaging
Hi Danielle, parcel was sent & tracking uploaded to MyDeal showing as delivered.
Do not purchase from this company – Placed order for delivery within Sydney over 2 weeks ago. They raised delivery with Australia Post an never sent the goods. Answers with email and phone call never came back with any answers accept to blame Aust Post. The order never left there warehouse. I am now awaiting for my refund.

Awful service and communication – Ordered something with express shipping to arrive before Christmas, they waited until the latest expected delivery date to inform me that the product was out of stock leaving me with no time to sort out a replacement from a reliable company. Then took multiple emails and messages spanding over a month for them to finally process my refund despite being told it would be processed 10 days earlier. Absolutely terrible service, don't expect much.
