Incredibly slow and false claims. We chose Fast Printing because as the name would suggest - they're supposed to be fast. few days before our event from Fed-Ex, stating our order was coming from South Korea and was still a week away from delivery (this is after an already incredibly long 9 working days since the order was placed). The ETA shared with us was going to be too late to make it for the event we ordered them for so we ended up paying a premium to get a quick printing service elsewhere (it only took them 5 hours to do the exact same job that took Fast Printing 3 weeks). Had it been transparent from the outset that production was taking place offshore & shipping would be longer than the advertised timeframe, we would not have proceeded with the order.
Given the premium price we paid (about 3 times more than we would usually pay for business cards), it’s disappointing that they can’t meet the basic claims they're advertising. We relied on the information they shared with us and had readily available, and when raising this with them, they took no responsibility for the lack of transparency and put the blame all back on us.
The person who was managing the project refused to give us any compensation apart from a 10% discount on our next order out of "gesture of goodwill", which is honestly offensive. Given that the cards have arrived too late to be of use and we’ve incurred additional expenses to make up for this, a 10% discount on future orders is not a fair resolution, particularly as we’ve now lost trust in their service and won’t be placing further orders.

Stay away for your business – In nutshell, they tell you 3 days and after 10 days they still ask for more time! Abysmal communication from the whole team up to Chris the owner; no one takes responsibility. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else. They don't care for your events or the customer commitments! Very disappointed with the service provided – Poor service time frame, paid extra $36 for express post only for the stickers to not be sent for another 4 days which meant the stickers missed the conference they were ordered for, despite being ordered weeks in advance. Will not be using again and will not be recommending. It was also a small order of only 10 A4 pages of stickers.
