This review is for FeelGood massage chair Shiatsu 3D and I'm trying to be very quick in describing this new chair because is not much i can tell you in a good way. Me and my brother we decided to replace my mother old massage chair,for her birthday,with a new and better one. I can tell from the start the experience wasn't a good one,read very carefully delivery options,it's like when you sign for a new loan with conditions in small print you never read. They deliver the chair in front of the garage and you have to deal with 87kg package...i forget to mention my mother is 86 years old. We have a wonderful neighbour who help my mother but installation is a different issue and I was told by then owner ,we only have to connect two cables and that's it...ridiculous and not true. Enough about this purchase and delivery experience let me tell you about the chair...FeelGood 3D Shiatsu for what we pay $3600 on sale from around $7200. My mother old chair was about 4 years old and I have to say that's no difference in a massage quality between old and new.The only difference is the price,for the old one we pay $1700 delivered and installed and for this one $3600 delivered...and this one smells worse like fake chinese faux leather. The tablet to select the massage you choose is a struggle,extremely cheap and poor quality the touch screen horrible...you have to touch many times before you get a response and the massage quality is nothing premium about that either....this is by far a premium chair??? If you select the neck massage,the pillow to hold your head is the one who get the massage not your neck...poor design and not very strong to feel the massage. I have to say this chair is not different than an budget one. If i recommend the Feel Good 3D Shiatsu massage chair for $3600...my honest answer is NO,not for this amount definitely. This is a $1700 to maybe $2000 chair definitely not $7200. This is my honest review about this product purchased on 25/05/2026

Highly recommend the Feelgood Elysian massage chair, excellent company to deal with and an awesome product to use .
Follow-up · After using the Feelgood Elysian for a couple of months we find it to be very comfortable and easy to clean enjoy using it every day and now feeling the benefits, this massage chair is an ideal fit for a small three bedroom home and blends in with other furniture ideally, it may look small compared to some other massage chairs but I can assure you it is the perfect size and lives up to it's reputation in all respects. My wife and I are more than happy with the Elysian and we can without doubt recommend this product.

Firstly, our website clearly states that standard delivery is to the ground floor/front door and that installation is an optional service available in selected areas. We understand this may have been disappointing, but these delivery conditions are provided before purchase.
Regarding the chair itself, massage preference is highly personal. Many of our customers find that it takes a little time to adjust the head cushion and body positioning to achieve the best neck massage. If the cushion is too low or too high, it can reduce the effectiveness of the rollers. Our support team is always happy to guide customers through the correct setup to maximise the massage experience.
The touchscreen controller is designed to respond to a light, deliberate touch. If yours is not operating correctly, it may indicate a fault rather than normal performance, and we would be more than happy to inspect or replace it under warranty if required.
As for the odour you mentioned, new upholstery materials can sometimes have a temporary “new product” smell when first unpacked. This normally dissipates after a short period in a well-ventilated room.
We also note that you purchased the chair during a promotional sale. While the recommended retail price is higher, the sale price reflected the promotion at the time. We always aim to offer excellent value while maintaining the quality of our products and after-sales support.
