Festool AGC DSC 18 Cordless Diamond Cutter

Previously, and currently, I have been using the corded version of this tool which was the motivation to purchase the cordless version. There are often occasions in my line of work that a cordless tool option offers far more convenience. The tool itself is well balanced and feels like it has plenty of power. The batteries came with a partial charge so the time to get full charge seemed to be relatively quick. I noted that the tool needed to have fully charged batteries to engage the work without tripping the overload circuits, once charged the tool achieved the task very well. Just a personal dislike, the grinder handle has to be removed to fit back into the systainer, meaning that it has to be put on every time out of the box and then removed to return, it would have been great to have enough space to store ready for work out of the box. Overall the tool lives up to Festool dependability.

Awesome – the only down side is the depth it can cut and they dont make the bigger diamond cutting saw anymore

Amazing product – I bought a few weeks ago the cordless Diamond Cutter, so I am really happy with my new Festool tool, ferstaful you can cut without any dust, cut nice and smooth lines. You can't feel any vibration in your hands. I would recommend this tool to anyone and all Festool tools. Festool the best. I will buy more tools soon. I am really thankful to Festool teams for great work.
