Great addition to the track saw – This square attachment speeds up the process of cutting 90 degree cuts in sheet material. Appears to be made by TSO and rebadged by Festool. By the time you buy a TSO and have it shipped to OZ it will be around the same price anyway.
Great extension to the 1400 rail to be able to rip 2400 sheets! – Get it... and the joiners.. and you'll thank yourself if you have to rip down sheets

LOve it for quick accurate cuts – Upside, it works as as stated. Downside, saw dust can bind the saw's return function. The 420mm cut length is ok but I recommend the shorter verion for cutting framing timbers such as 90mm x 45mm as it is not as difficult as the 420 to position due to the extra rail protruding and knocking into other obstacles on the job and then place on the ground after the cut. Note, the HKC-55 and HK-55 will cut a full 50mm at 90 deg but if you flip the saw over to an angle, the cut size will decrease. Not an issue if using the HK-85.

Hi Duncan Glad you are happy with the Guide Rail Square. I can't attest to TSO actually making the square but I beleive they have the patent on it!
