Firelli Hot Sauce

I cannot live without this – I found this sauce at the supermarket and decided based on country of origin (Italy) and design (retro chic) to give it a go. It is a mild hot sauce made with chilli, porcini mushrooms and balsamic vinegar. I was very impressed and began adding at all meals with great pleasure. My local bogan supermarket stopped stocking it and my addiction came to an abrupt halt. Where was the delicious tang? I tried to replace with sriracha (too light) and chipotle (too Mexican) so I wrote to the distributor. They were very helpful and assisted my supply. My gentle conclusion. Find and buy this sauce.
