Great Company to buy from – Fast delivery, great prices and great products. They are only too happy to help. Recommend them highly. Very helpful over the phone and products are packaged well. Website is easy to use and they answer their phone.

Excellent products and excellent service – Currently treating diabetic ulcers for my other half. Trying to get supplies during pandemic was not easy. Tried the usual local suppliers and their time line for delivery was between 2-4 weeks. Did some research and found First Aid Distributions Online store - how refreshing. The first two orders I placed by phone and on each occassion they were extremely helpful in giving information on the products I required, both orders were delivered within 5-7 days. My latest order placed online 23/9 at 9.09 pm Brisbane time was delivered 29/9 just 6 days from Victoria to Queensland. Then when checking their prices I found they are surprisingly cheaper than local chemists/suppliers for the same items. Communication is also a plus they let you now when the order is dispatched and approximate time of delivery. Overall I am very pleased I found this organisation and highly recommend them.

Great quality first aid kits, and they saved our bacon – Our dance studio had arranged a first aid kit fundraiser through a different supplier. After selling 78 kits, we discovered our supplier had dropped off the face of the earth. Phone number disconnected. No response to emails. So we had a bunch of orders and no product. We contacted First Aid Distributions and they stepped in and matched the price for us. The kits are here, they are terrific quality, and they arrived within two days of placing the order. If anything, they're better quality than the original kits that we tried to order through the other guys.

Economical purchase, prompt delivery - just didn't get any tracking information - UPDATED 30/03/2016 – I placed a low-value order (around thirteen dollars, including GST and freight) with First Aid Distributions on a Monday afternoon, but missed their published cut-off time of 1pm for same-day dispatch. The package from their regional Victoria (Bendigo) business arrived by StarTrack courier at my Canberra home around midday Thursday. I wouldn't really have expected to receive my order earlier than that, so this has been a satisfactory purchasing experience, and I'd be confident to shop with First Aid Distributions again.

I received two automated emails from First Aid Distributions acknowledging my order and payment for the latter. The first email advised that, once my package had been shipped, I would be sent an email with a link to track my order. I never received that third email, so I had no idea in the meantime whether my package had even shipped, and I've reduced my rating to four stars on account of that. If that shortcoming turned out to be nothing to do with First Aid Distributions, then I'd be happy to give them five stars on this purchasing experience.

UPDATE 30/03/2016 - Be advised: This business sends SPAM. They've just sent me some today, illegally under Australian law because I did not opt-in or expressly consent to receive such marketing email. I've reduced my star rating to two because I think that's a very bad business practice.

UPDATE 28/05/2017 - I received a second spam email from this business on 04/12/2016, despite having been assured that it wouldn't happen again. The proprietor(?) has once more assured me that it won't happen again as he taken back personal control of the emailing list from the previous outsourced arrangements.
