Rubbish – I bought and had installed 8 of these in my house, I am disabled , so while the amount might seem a bit of an overkill, I want time to get myself and my kids out of the house if a fire breaks out any where within….. so why am I at 2 am, standing on a ladder with a busted knee and hip, trying to disable this stupid thing on my 14 foot ceiling?????????? This is the third one that has had a hissy fit in 2 years!!!!!!!!! So not fit for the job, thanks for nothing!

Not fit for purpose – Bought August 2019 installed and worked for a good 18 months without false alarm. It started to go off one night had to switch it of as it was the middle of the night next morning went ahead and cleaned with vacuum and blower. After doing the cleaning switched back on and again it went off so turned off once again. I contacted the head office for product in Aus and they told me to do similar to what I had done already which didn't work. I left it off for a month and decided to turn it back on and it functioned again but now the low battery beeps happend a month ago and now it is completely dead. I have emailed them again with no response yet. Don't buy this unit have only had it 3y6m not good when it is a 10year battery life unit.
