STAFF STOLE OUR MERCEDES – We booked via Looking4Parking.com from the 28th Sept until 05th October to attend our wedding in Fiji, and arrived home to find that the employees of First Choice Airport Parking had stolen our Mercedes. When we initially arrived to drop the car off, there were cars parked everywhere, and the place was a shamble. We should have left and parked elsewhere, as our car would have been safer unlock and left on the street. The attendant told us to just park it on the street, and hed get to it in 3-4 hours... We refused to do this, as it was a $100k vehicle, and we had booked and paid for indoor parking via the website. One disgruntled customer left, opening up a space at the front door which I took immediately. The vehicle next to us, a Range Rover, was left running with the door open. We alerted the checkin staff to this, and they did not care. Our checkin took almost 30 minutes, and we asked for a refund to go elsewhere. They refused to do this and told us they would put the car inside for us. We waited almost another 20 more minutes for a shuttle, and 2 passengers actually left in Ubers to make their flights. Whilst waiting, the Range Rover was left running still, now for almost an hour, as one of the ladies who left said that its been running the entire time she was there. We were hesitant to leave our car, so we walked around it and video recorded it in case they damaged it, as respect for others property evidently isnt high on the agenda. The shuttle van came finally, and it was over full. The driver had one passenger sit on the floor, without a seat belt and provided him a cushion to sit on which is illegal and dangerous. Before our flight home I received a text message in Fiji confirming my arrival time. Our flight was changed until later, and we advised of the new time. The next text message I received was requesting my Registration number, which we though odd. When we were picked up from arriving back into Melbourne, the shuttle was duel branded, and the woman driving told us her boss hadnt changed the signage on the van yet. We informed her of our dissatisfaction with checkin, and she went on to say that she had bad news regarding our car.... We told her we half expected them to damage it, so we filmed it before hand. She replied that they no longer have our Mercedes, and it went missing on the Saturday we checked it in. It has been stolen by the employees of the business, including the keys. This was now 11pm in the evening, and we were stranded 2 hours from home, 2 days after our wedding. Back at the office she rambled some story about the business being sold, the sale fell through, and a legal battle was taking place for many months to evict people who theyd sub let the business too. They were evicted Sunday morning apparently, but had stolen a heap of cars and a courtesy shuttle and my Mercedes as well shortly after we arrived. The vehicle has been reported stolen to the police, and I am over $30,000 out pocket because of a First Choice Airport parking. of

The operators of FirstChoice Airport Parking told me that a company trading as Adam Airways was actually running the business and that my booking was with them so its their problem. They will not return calls, will not take responsibility, or wont even refund my excess.

They were parking cars outdoors at the nearby Westfield shopping centre, leaving the keys in them and had arranged to have them all stolen from the car park, where they tried to say it wasn't their fault. From here, the lies started. We were told the police were provided with all of the cctv footage, (which the police confirmed was a lie) and that when they reported the theft to the police they were contradicting themselves, jumbling their story and telling different parts of the events differently each time.... They had told the police that all the cctv footage of the week had been deleted. This soon became a heated argument. We were offered a courtesy car from a smash repairs business for the night to get home, which they changed their mind on after we had packed our bags and started to drive off. They stopped us, and instead put us in a 2 hr Uber ride where we arrived home after 3am We booked through L4P in good faith, assuming that First Choice Airport Parking was a reputable, credible businesses. How wrong were we, they are thieves.

We are now part of a group litigation against this business. We have a formal police report and investigators looking into the disappearance of our motor vehicle. They do not know if they even have their own insurance policy. These people are criminals and cowards. They dont even have the decency or courtesy to return a call, nor the integrity to try and make it right.

Our car was stolen along with 8 others while in the care of this company – We parked our car here on the 25 th of September and arrived back this morning, 2nd of November, to be told that our car had been stolen along with 7 or 8 others. The woman manning the desk was not even sure how many had gone, and said they were finding more stolen as people came to collect their cars. I got the run around about how it wasnt their fault. The only compensation we have received so far is a taxi fair from the airport, as the phone number had changed, apparently along with the ownership of the company, while we were away and I couldnt get in touch with them to be collected from the airport, and an Uber fare home. The woman at the desk even seemed surprised that we were upset, as it was not just ours that had gone. If you want your car back, do not use this company.

100% Safety = your car being stolen – Parked 28/9/2019 and returned 8/10/2019 to be told our car and 3 others had been stolen! To-date, all they can say is that there was a change in Management (Airways Airport Parking) and the theft happened under prior management so they won't take responsibility. They continue to hide behind a nameless 'Owner', won't call me and sign off emails as 'Management'. Legal action will need to be taken, no offer of insurance or to cover our losses!
