but ripping it instead of cutting it in certain areas. I did have high expectations for fiskars but I'm disappointed. I tried several thicknesses of paper and it did the same thing on all of them. I have decided to return it for a refund instead of exchange. The nearest spotlight shop is 40 minutes away from us and it'd be inconvenient if it was another dodgey. Now I have to find another cutter somewhere else.

I've attached a photo to show you what it was doing to the paper. Most of the sides were quite rough, but I've Shown the worst.

It's not viable especially if you're needing it for your small business.
