A waste of $30 ,2iphone cases and my time – Helensvale replaced my glass screen protector.Took it back after noticing air pockets.Replaced again,more air pockets.Returned within a minute.The same thing.Offered refund but I needed the protector.Another one applied,but same problem.

Quick, reasonable price and friendly service – New iPhone battery installed super quick and for a very reasonable price. Very happy with the friendly and prompt service. Could not have been more trouble-free and battery problem solved.

A great service – The service was fantastic and kept up communication. Did what they said they would for the price that they quoted. I would recommend as a very reliable place to fix any phone. I went to Carindale.

Dysfunctional – This company mislead about a job position. If you can't back up promises you don't deserve to be in business. From what I see in the other reviews this company's head office is way off course.

a great store and I have used this service for several phones that my son has managed to break. I have been extremely satisfied each time.

Bad Fix – Went to Carindale to replace a 6Plus screen for $280. Quick and efficient, but unfortunately the new screen came away a few months later and I had contact problems. It was a really poor fix, you could visibly see the screen coming away. Apple offered to replace the whole phone for $220. So I didn't waste my time using their warranty as it was a loss of faith I couldn't job. I don't have the time to stuff around.

Adelaide st store – The Adelaide st store fixed my cracked screen, they did a great job. Friendly service and did the work within the time stated.

Over the moon with the service – My mobile was playing up and went completely flat overnight. I thought it may have needed a new battery and told them so. they did faulty work the first time. They are the worst company I have ever dealth with. Don't waste your time or money. Disgusting.

Not good enough – Took my iPhone there to fix the mic problem and they said they couldn't fix it and need to buy a new phone. Took it to the other shop and they fix it with in half an hour and 30 dollars cheaper. Don't waste time to fix your phone with this company

could not be happier. Fix my mobile are the wizards of iPhones, that is no lie. Legit 10/10, you're a rookie if you take it to your apple for a 3-4 week wait. Simple as that.

Awful all round – Took my ipad there to replace a cracked screen. Customer service was pretty average. Within a week the new screen began lifting off. They sent my ipad away to have the tape redone and here we are less than 24hrs later and the screen is already lifting again!

Cost me $240 and now I need to go back a third time. I wish I had just gone to Apple.

Bordering on rude, expensive and bad repairs

whoever took the screen of broke the LCD.

Then I had to take it back again for the fifth time (including the first repair) because the glue holding the glass in wore out and the screen cracked. They said I dropped the phone and they wouldn't repair it for the 6th time. I'm fed up with them! Go somewhere else for iphone repairs!

Excellent service – They sourced my replacement screen within 2 days of my phone enquiry, then repaired less than 2 hours from my drop-off. Cost was as shown on their comprehensive web site. Blackberry Torch is now working perfectly again. Very good customer service. Had been less than impressed by some others that I'd called. Efficient, friendly and well priced service.
