I have created too many listings . Can't create a new one and can't delete any that I have made..
I want to delete all listings that I have made and create a new listing.
I filled in my profile and specified ( using their tick box) that I am not looking for a gay lesbian house mate, next day they sent me a notification (from another app called GayShare apparently) that my account is being suspended. This was just after I paid for a month. These guys are weird
Is there something wrong with flatmates or have i been banned?
I have attempted to publish my listing 5 or more times and nothing. This confirms why everyone is not getting what they ordered and paid for and being ripped off!
Flatemates.com is linked to realestate.com owned by REA Group, and they are the biggest bullies as they have taken over the property industry. Just like realestate.com is a pain in the A%s to deal with and publish false and misleading information about home prices, flatemates.com is a scam, a money-making machine falsely making money for REA Group. There is NO help at flatemates.com as I think the staff are based in the Philippines or Singapore, it a 100% online trashy portal. Do not spend a cent with flatemates.com as it needs to be reported to the ACCC, Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, so this portal can be removed for good. Most of the posts are fake, false and you will NEVER FIND A FLATEMATE as the portal does not allow the "flat mate/tenants", make contact with the host, unless they also pay money and fees towards the flatemates.com portal. Report them to (CAV) Consumer Affairs Victoria too,

Hi, l just pulled out of flatmate finder as they took my money and not 1 match or message except a couple which my add clearly stated single, totally ripped off, if l join your company will i get the service l pay for or will i be just shoved under the carpet and ignored like that other mob, can you please give me something positive to work with for example, if l pay for a service i expect service. Waiting to hear from you before I decide.

I really am seeing a pattern here. I have placed an AD, and all the replies i get back, are mostly the same reply word for word. This does cause suspicion, however it could be a case, that if a person you send a message to isnt interested, there could be a list of pre-determined replies you can select. But i have sent about 50 messages offering my room, and now my account is blocked at 2am, and seeing its not manned 24/7 i have to wait until 9am for a mediator to view my add, or put my ad live back on the system. I have received a positive reply from someone this morning, however in their reply, they state that they cant see my AD anymore. That is a little worrying.
I give up with this site and used Gumtree again
I never had this issue, not sure why you experienced this, I am 3 years user and have been always to find tenants.

You can message some ads, but not get their phone number. You can view everything on the website however most new ads you can't message or contact for 2 weeks until you pay, at which point the place might be taken.
Once you put your ad on Flatmates.com, you can only message those who paid their ads, but you cannot contact those who haven't paid. However, you cannot view people's contact no. until you have paid. There is no support given by the site and I was told that even once you create a paid account, the site can still suspend or stop your account and a message will state "We are running a check on you", if they see you contacting too many people.
