Most useless product that I have recently purchased, don't buy it, you will regret it. Better to pay more and get something that wont cause you grief. Baskets fall out off the runners, no restraint to prevent draws opening. Flimsy design.

Most people would give a 1 star review to complain but never go out of their way for a 5 star. I had some problems with my flexi storage unit a few months after I purchased it such as drawers falling off easily etc! Could be the quality of the wood they use to make the materials - However kindly I requested some advice from them and they had sent… Read more

out more slide rails which didn’t fix the issue - and then changed it for me to send out flat shelves which I was happy with. I had nothing but exceptional customer service with them through the emails and good communication. Thankyou!

Awful don’t buy – Shame Bunnings shame. Absolute rubbish. Should have read reviews before buying this garbage. Finish is terrible, screws don’t go in. Worst flat pack ever. How did this pass quality control.

Absolute rubbish – Flexi storage products get the gong for worst flat pack system ever, hardware to join shelves etc does not work, assembled plenty of flat packs but never again with this rubbish, stockists should be ashamed to sell this rubbish. Should be negative stars available to rate it.

This is a defective product the T - Connector did not work – I was unable to join a 3 frame and a 5 frame together using this product. After several attempts, I gave up and returned it all to Bunnings. The instructions were simple but the application was not possible.

Only gave it one star cause I had too – Got home followed it down to a T before I could even put anything on it pins snapped it collapsed and smashed. So it's waiting for hard rubbish. No point taking it back

Poor quality – Put the stand together but the drawers don't stay in the slides and fall down into other draw. Total waste of money. Very disappointed. Slides do not support baskets well so the product does not meet its purpose

Quality control is really poor – I thought Ikea products were hard to put together but this stuff is out of control!!. Really poor finish on the edging and should have never left the warehouse with these marks.

Impossible – I have been assembling flat packs for 40 years and this is my first failure. Nothing seems to work even following the instructions to the tee. Will take it back but unfortunately I have to take it down 3 flights of stairs and I’ve spent hours on it

Not a quality product – Spent over 3 hours putting together this wardrobe insert with shelves and drawers. Cabinet went together okay but the draw tracks were bent after unpacking and guide wheels were crooked. Still went ahead and put it altogether but the draw tracks were just not right and were not smooth running and the bottom draw kept falling out of tracks . Back… Read more

of draws ate held together by plastic hammer in screws which would fall apart after constant use. Decided it would not last and returned it back to bunnings for a refund. Quality of this product is not good. 3 hours of my life l won't get back.

Tower shelf bracket and J Hook item code 7664 – Bunnings really needs to get their act together with this product. They either have a bad batch in north Brisbane or it's a rubbish product. The J Hook is supposed to clip into the corresponding slots in the bracket but the slots are too small for the J Hook. I buy a kit, bring it home, try and put it together, doesn't work, take it back, exchange… Read more

it for another one, doesn't work, take it back to the service counter and try the whole box, none of them work! I'm told it "must be a bad batch", come back in a few days when we have more in stock. I go back a couple of weeks later and buy another one from a new batch, bring it home....same problem. Meanwhile, I have nowhere to hang my clothes! Not happy!

Installation is not easy as it looks! – I am experienced with installing ikea products and can easily assemble a pc of ikea furniture with their clear instructions. I thought of giving local products a try for the convenience of Bunnings store location and bought a flexistorage home solutions 3/5 runner frame with some baskets. The instructions (available from the website) are simple… Read more

enough but the connectors just wont fit at all in the frame even with hammering! I should have stick to ikea stuff...

Sticky Sticker EVERYWHERE that don’t peel off and poor instruction guidelines – This storage solution requires time, trips back an forth to the hardware shop (to stare at a display that is 6m above your head) whilst trying to see how they have ‘secured’ a melamine shelf to its bracket. It also has melamine shelves (that once screwed to the brackets) cannot be simply ‘moved’ into another position... you have to unscrew the… Read more

screws, reposition and re-screw.

Once you have fathomed all that out, put aside double the hours spent assembling your new storage, for peeling off labels that will not pull off intact. You the go and purchase a sticky label remover product, and your lovely clothes cupboard or pantry or laundry all smell of that product. It’s lovely having to peel, wipe, clean, and reassemble all the stuff you have spent (about three days for three areas in my case) again, and again, just so it actually free of stickers. The over head display is so far away from your eye line..... you can’t tell if there’s stickers on there... so I suppose I can always secure this to your ceiling.

Sort it out Flexi storage. I have better things to do with my time.
