I purchased a 200litre fleximake tank in 2019. At the time it STUNK of toxic plastic. It certainly could not be drunk, it contaminated food so it rendered any food cooked in it inedible, the dog would not drink it, even clothes washed in water from it stunk. I rang up and was told to let it rinse through a couple of times, so in a limited water area (hence the need for the bladder) i wasted hundreds of litres trying to rinse it out. It made no difference, it stunk. When I rang you back you told me it was outside the 21 day warranty and too late to return. The bladder was built in so it remains there to this day, 9 years later. unused. I tested it last week, and it still stinks of toxic plastic. I was scammed.

For a Toyota a Water bladder on the floor behind the seats – Updated May2021 Now with multiple fills all fills from anywhere get filtered into the bladder via coarse to 0.2micron filters depending on the water source. Its used primarily as an emergency water source in the car when we are travelling. It is fitted to deliver to the pump and potable hose which we bought from a german retailer on special. then it is hosed to the van tanks or gravity will fill water bottles slowly through the BEST brand silver filters when needed. WOULD we buy again. - YES, great unit covered 10000 km since purchase up to Birdsville and down to Innamincka, Willow springs etc.
Original Review follows. We were looking to carry water in our travels. Water bladders had been suggested so google was our friend.
105 litres in a flexible potable water carrier on the floor behind the front seats was our choice for the landcruiser.
Fleximake were easy to deal with. Happy to modify the fittings for our application.
From order in Victoria make and arrival to us in Perth via Auspost express was 7 days!
Awsome service! Will advise on product durability after we have used it a while! All up Including 12vdc pump fittings and filter. Less than $2.80 a litre. That's going to pay for itself in less than 3 fills at $1 litre for drinking water.
It will also double as a caravan refiller when you have to fetch water!
