I have ordered 200+custom logo bags and these guys where great. easy to deal with answered all my questions and the whole process was amazing, thank you guys!!!!

Dealing with this company was extremely easy. I had a quote and artwork provided within a couple of hours and the product was delivered within a week as promised. Leilani was very responsive answering all my questions quickly and concisely. I will definitely be using these guys again.

I was absolutely blown away by the helpful service, the speed of production and delivery, and the quality of the merchandise that I ordered. I was wondering whether the items would arrive in time for a public event four weeks in the future, but to my amazement the items arrived in only 3 days! Poor quality, disappointing reproduction quality, even more disappointing follow up service. When requesting initial informtion we were conscious of the reproduction of our company colour. wrong it wasnt funny - instead of taking responsibility for the lack of understanding of the process by the person serving us, they instead opted to hide behind a disclaimer - Legally disclaimers do not protect against misrepresentation of negligence. If the person providing the quote at the time had said that the only way to achieve the result was via XYZ process - then we would have accepted that. No advice given . If that wasn't bad enough - The print was scratching off, just from the way they were packaged. Production Manager said in his email "After looking at the notebooks, pens and coffee cup you received, I agree they are not fit for gifting/marketing." But still not willing to rectify satisfactorily. Poor Quality - avoid at all costs.!

Extremely disappointing experience – misleading product information and no resolution. We ordered a large batch of bamboo wireless charging stands with branding for corporate gifts. mention that the phone must be placed on its side to charge.

When we received them, we discovered that phones cannot charge upright (in portrait orientation), which completely defeats the purpose of a stand. This issue was not disclosed anywhere on the website or product information provided.

We reached out to the supplier immediately and received no satisfactory response or accountability for the misleading information. There was no effort to offer a reasonable solution, exchange, or compensation despite the product being misrepresented and the order costing our company a significant amount.

This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and unethical. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility reflects poorly on their customer service. Unfortunately, we would not recommend purchasing from this supplier and will not be dealing with them again.

Poor quality, worse customer service – Very low quality stitching on outsourced order of hats. When it was flagged the quality wasn't acceptable for the price we were simply told they have a disclaimer that products may vary and that next time we should do a screen printed option. It was never flagged prior to production that they would struggle with the design. Upon raising a complaint with the product they simply don't reply. Use another supplier who stands by their product.

Alice and the team produced our requested branded merchandise extremely quickly and to a very high standard. The entire process and communication were seamless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent customer service from this company, with quotes and mockup of the product requested sent through within a couple of hours. The finished product arrived within a week and the quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend ForKeeps Merch.

ForKeeps Merch defied the rules of the Australian Postal Service! We ordered these items last minute giving just over a week to have them made and shipped and we lost hope that they would have been able to make it to us in time for our Christmas party and by some Christmas Miracle they were on my desk right before we departed for our soirée! - The caps where such a fun addition to the day and I will be using ForKeeps again and recommending them!

Very quick turn around! I ordered Golf towels with our logo. The towels themselves were good quality. The logo looks like it would get pretty worn after a wash or 2. Overall very happy with the service and product.
