Great stuff for the whole family including pets – I Have been buying from Fossilpower for many years, mostly for my family to consume but have also been giving to my cats, dogs and chooks. Been great for my chooks, no more mites and they love to dust bath in it. No more irritable bowel for me and my colonoscopy showed a nice clean colon. Doctor said he was impressed for my age 67. My wife loves it as she has notice her arthitis has actually reduced since taking the DE and when she goes off it for a few weeks more aches start up. Love this stuff and nicely disolves in water and quite tasteless.
Seller sends product that I received damaged – I was happily taking Perma-Guard DE in the past but decided to try an Australian product offered by Fossil Power. First order went well until my second order - the product arrived torn and damaged with its contents spilling out of the brown paper bag into its large shipping envelope. The bag had been roughly Sellotaped to try to reseal the broken paper bag and damage. I called the co. and outlined my concerns - this food grade product may be contaminated and thus unsafe for consumption. The rep insisted it was safe to consume powder despite all this! When pushed further, I got the standard albeit reluctant, 'pls return product at my own expense'. This should not be an acceptable response by seller. No apologies and I feel a reluctance to redress professionally. I didn't bother inconveniencing myself with returning. I would not ever order from such a seller again and have since found another seller with a much better price.
A waste of money – This product is claimed to help reduce weight, reduce acidity and detoxes, cleans colon, improves hair nails skin cartilages, is anti aging, is a natural diuretic and anti-inflammatory, alleviates lower back pain etc etc. The first 2Kg bag ($24 + postage) of this super fine food grade off-white powder seemed to help with my arthritic knees. However the second delivered bag was the colour of cement -- with more iron content I was told? -- and was as helpful as consuming cement.
With no effect, apart from making one constipated, and no money-back options it was quickly despatched to the rubbish bin
