Fossil Rachel Tote

Fossil Handbags made with Poor Quality leather – My black and tan strapped Rachel Tote leather Handbag was purchased little over 12 months ago and the brown leather of the straps are pealing away leaving a raw leather within the inside and outside sections of the strap. Hardly used this bag and so disappointing as Fossil customer service said they don’t offer replacement straps or offer to fix. Their bags look good but the quality of their leather is very poor. We live in a world now to try and recycle but to not offer replacement straps for an original bag that now is unwearable was very ordinary. No offer of apology and paid over $300. I won’t purchase another Fossil Handbag or judging by other reviews they product is certainly not worth the price.
