one also leaks. I've tried coating the bottom with bitumen and we'll see if that's any better. But basically they are shoddy design/workmanship and that's the problem.

No customer service – I contacted the company before purchase and confirmed the item I was going to purchase would do the job that I needed done. Love my. We water fountain – My new fountain is just as described and adds beauty to my patio, the bird bath is stunning and adds great colour. The solar panel was very good at keeping the fountain going during daylight but we prefer having the light at night. Love it all.

Great service and quick delivery – This was purchased as a Christmas present so it hasn’t been opened yet, but the service and delivery was excellent. Delivery was free to Qld and very quick as well.

Excellent range of pumps – I was looking for something specific and found exactly what I needed at a price I could afford. A low voltage pump with a long enough cable and enough flow to drive my bog filter and my pond is back to being happy again. Show reply

Disappointing final result – I do not have any electrical point in my garden and ordered the solar pump and battery recommended for the Carmen fountain that I bought. helpful regarding the use of the solar pump and was very taken back when she said "the solar power pump does not power the LEDs as mentioned in the product description." In the product description it states "comes with LED lights". I think it is very unethical and false advertising to say it comes with lights and then tell you after you have bought it say that it does not do what it claims. Unless I want to have long leads trailing through my house and garden, I will not be able to have LED lights on the fountain and feel very disappointed as this was not what I had in mind.

Delayed then demanded me to act in regards to their mistake – I paid for my product 07.04.2023. I received the product 27.07.2023. They accidentally sent 6 items instead of 1. Easy mistake. they’ve arranged for a pick up for a day which I am working. I would understand contacting me, with a follow up the next week, as this would have allowed me time to respond, but they were relentless over a 2 day period. This demonstrated they have zero trust in me, the consumer, yet I had to trust in them for well over 2 months for them to ship out my order with trust in their business. I am working and unable to answer my calls within business times. I did have on my list of things to follow up in my day off, to respond to their email. I was then contacted outside of business hours and answered that call. I explained that I was not happy with the way the matter had been handled and whilst they then apologised and said it could have handled it better, and offered to change the pick up time to a time that suited me, I was in no mood to go out of my way for them, by being available and waiting for a pick up guy on my day off. Needless to say with their aggression and pressure, I am leaving their mistake out on the front porch, as they organised a pickup outside of my working hours without consulting me, unsecured and exposed to my 5 dogs that I have protecting my property. I have been clear in advising them of the risk to their products. If they had of been more trusting and less aggressive, I would have secured the package and tried to arrange a time suitable to all of us for a pick up of the mistaken freight. I then received an email from Fountainland that the courier company had not been able to pick the item up, even after Fountainland had asked them several times, so they’ve arranged for the manager of the company to pick it up on a Saturday. I received a call from the courier company on Saturday morning, who suggested that he pick it up on Monday instead. Fountainland’s response to this feedback is simply an act of trying to cover their backside, (he even emailed me to let me know he’d read my feedback and would be responding) and attempts to create a narrative make me look unreasonable.

Price match promise is crap – Your price Match promise is crap. I showed you a cheaper price and requested to match as per your advertised policy but your didn't honour it- what a load of crap.

Whipbirds love Birdbath – Just saw our resident whipbird pair spashing and enjoying the birdbath. It has taken the birds a little time to feel comfortable using it as I had an old heavy cracked cement birdbath there that they loved but it was hard work cleaning it EVERY day. Lovely look and sound – Difficult to level up all the pieces. Had to drill out the pineapple for the hose to fit. The end result was worth it. Love the colour and the look. Show reply

Perfect For Us – The fountain we purchased is just what we needed and we received what we expected. It's just right for the spot we have picked for it to go. The quality is fantastic and the flow of water sounds makes the whole experience worth what we paid for it. It was delivered within one week around Christmas time. Excellent all round.

It’s the centrepiece of my garden – The sound of running water and rain with the lighting kit is so calming. It was easy to install thanks for a great product. It arrived in just 3 days not bad for Xmas time

A beautiful fountain to enjoy all day long – Posted and arrived quickly. Well informed. Pleased with the look of the fountain especially at night with the lights going. Enjoying being able to put it on anytime without waiting for solar energy. Enhanced sour garden.

Great product & very fast customer service – The fountain works very well. The video for installation was very helpful compared with enclosed installation manual. Had a small missing part, the customer service was very responsive and sent the part almost immediately.

Great Birdbath – Love this item I purchased and so do the birds. Fountain land were excellent in communication and service. The item was delayed from the overseas supplier and Fountainland kept me informed all the way. Would definitely recommend them.

Works well – Works well, but does leak a little. Maybe consider aqua liner. Pump and lights work well. Lovely appearance. Works well in the garden and it is what I expected. Long lasting solar panel.

Great Ambience – One of the biggest factors in my fountain choice was how loud the water feature would be. I wanted it for my back decking where I've created a beautiful zen area.
