Terrible quality finish – I purchased 3 items in the Cancun range . The buffet bar was first one received and while the style is nice it was faulty , was marked and a terrible finish on it , the coffee table and tv entertainment unit received later also had poor quality finishes . As other people who purchased any pieces in the range have also said they mark very quickly and easily ( if they haven’t already arrived marked ) and you cannot get any marks/stains out and trying to removes the finish. The Customer service department you can’t get hold of , emails only. Still waiting on a resolution closure from end of January. Such poor quality and poor customer service given considering the cost of their furniture.

Excellent – we needed a great buffet to fill up the space in our dining room in our new home. we instantly fell in love with this range after seeing it on 'the block'. its quite large and looks great. it is quite lightweight considering its size (which to some may be a negative) and i particularly like the little hinged handles. i am a little worried about when the day comes when a drink gets spilled on it as the wood appears to be quite pourous and the paint very delicately applied to the timber. highly reccommended looks, colour, design, size, storage capacity there are so many matching items in the cancun range, i could help but want to purchase the lot.
