Everything was fine when I was paying for my flight simulator voucher and then nothing, I rang the head office four times and no answer, I left a detailed message on each occasion but they never got back to me. I emailed once about changing a little detail on my voucher but never messaged back. I called the flight simulator company 3 times trying to find out what time my booking was for and never got through and never received a call back so my voucher went to waste. I would NEVER use this company EVER again and I would not recommend this to an...yone. They are very quick to take your money and then after that there is nothing it's like they have packed up shop and moved on to the next scam. The flight simulator company is in Willeton, Perth. They are just as useless as FreeemanX. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON EITHER OF THEM.

They should not be in business
They are quick to take your money but not so quick to provide customer service. They lie when they say they will call you back to confirm within 48 hours. They never, ever call or return calls. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They could not secure their provider for a fishing trip I bought for my husband, we were given another provider's name but they did not provide the new captain our contact details. I see all their apology answers in the review...trust me, those are not heartfelt. Never again.
Lack of customer service
I brought a racing pack for my husbands birthday, i paid the extra for it to be sent via registed post. After 2 weeks it still hasnt come. I had to ring the bank to get my money returned that takes 55 days. They claimed they sent it but couldnt give me a registed post number. They were very unhelpful. PLEASE dont use this company, they are dodgy and have no intention of ever sending you they item you paid for.

Recieved 4 Horse riding vouchers as a gift. They were a few weeks over expiry as I assumed most experience vouchers are valid 12 months. Only provided 6 months and refused to be flexible once I realised. Worth over 500.00. Thanks FreemanX for making my birthday memorable and effectively stealing $$$
I did a bungy jump from FreemanX, it was an amazing experience, loved it! Definitely worth while despite one being petrified of heights it was insane! I was also happy with the level of service of booking with them. I would recommend FreemanX and the bungy to anyone, don't be afraid and face your fears!!!
The skydive in Sydney was simply incredible, the staff was friendly and they calmed my nerves! I booked the Skydive through FreemanX and found it easy to book, helpful and with knowledgeable, friendly staff, easy hassle free payment and booking, and great communication. I will be using FreemanX again! :)
Ruined our Hens day
Beware of this company, do not book your Hen's night with them! I booked a hens cruise with them and payed all the money up front (hundreds of dollars), weeks in advance. On the day we went to King Street wharf Sydney where the boat was supposed to pick us up and it never turned up! That's right, there was no boat, no explanation nothing! We waited around for an hour and a half trying desperately to contact FreemanX wedding experience and could not get through because they don't operate on weekends. What a mess, the day was completely ruined an...d as the Maid of honor I felt completely responsible. The following Monday morning I called FeemanX weddings to ask what happened. I was told that the cruise was cancelled and someone forgot to tell me. No apology and the operator on the phone was very rude. Weeks later I am still chasing the refund! Poor service, lack of communication, awful
They are inflexible and don't deliver
My son was given a Tiger Moth experience for his 21st birthday only to be told it was invalid after 6 months! The company has given us the run around, kept us on hold, not returned phone calls, said they couldn't access the details of the purchase (even when they showed later they could do it) nor really tried to help us when it came to redeeming the voucher.
They've been paid and the supplier of flights hasn't received any payment. Flight supplier says they are happy to provide the service if Free..... will authorise which they won't. A...s far as Free.... is concerned it isn't their problem anymore, When questioned about the 12 month expiry it states on the website, they were unable to comment.. All our attempts at emails were ignored. We've called a dozen time to try and resolve with them.

My girlfriend bought a flexi voucher for my birthday. I chose kayaking in Melbourne and deep sea fishing. I booked on the 31 of October for the events to be done on Nov 21 st. I noticed there was a conflict with both events after I booked. That was my fault I should have looked closer. So I called a week later to fix the problem. They told me no problem. I said I need it changed to the 22 for the fishing trip. They said they would take care of it. 5 days later they sent bac...k a confirmation that it had been changed to the 23rd and I am all set. All set????? I asked for the 22nd! I won't be in Melbourne. So I called back. They told me I would have to contact the fishing company directly to cancel and they could put my voucher towards something else. So much for customer service. I phoned the company and they tried to accommodate me the best they could so I could go fishing. However weather and scheduling issues just didn't allow it. So it finally got cancelled. Then on the day of the kayaking apparently there were booking issues that were "my fault". According to them I didn't book I just got a voucher. Bull***** but anyway....they checked on the day I wanted and not enough people booked so it was cancelled. Now I had to find something else. There was whale watching and kayaking in Sydney. Perfect. Um no. Whale watching season is over. Really. Then take it off the website. Kayaking was unavailable due to no interest. ...! Fine I will take the sail around the habour. So much for options. Don't waste your money or time with them. I feel bad for my girlfriend she was disappointed I didn't get to do what I wanted to do. Customer service is brutal and you don't have options for great trips like they lead you to believe.

Worst $300 ever wasted
The service that they offer seems good as it is nice to have a one-stop-shop to look for gifts and activities but I am unhappy with the way that the bookings are taken. The dates are inaccurate on their calendar and although it looks like a day is available, it may not be and you would never know until after the payment is made. In my case, I paid $250 for a service that they couldn't provide on the day or even close to the day that I booked for. I don't believe that their Terms and Conditions accurately outline what happens when they can't ...provide the service. I am very happy to book online but in this instance I would rather deal directly with a local supplier to ensure that the service that I am after is available. So, do not trust their calendars on their website. They are not accurate and if a day looks to be available, it actually may not be. Can see everything in one place. It's great to be able to book from home. That you can't confirm that a service is available until after they have your money. That they won't refund if they can't provide service. That they ask you to pay Voucher Insurance which is the only thing that covers you if THEY are the ones that can't provide the service.
Nice idea if it was done professionally but please dont waste your money.
I still have a &280 flexi voucher to use which they are still claiming is only worth $260 due to David Noble (manager) making a typo. They will not honour the amount on the voucher..

Be very careful before you book.
My wife purchased a gift voucher for me for a helicopter flight based on the website showing it was available on a particular date. When the time came to book a specific time we were told it was not available on that date even though it still shows it available on their website. We asked for a refund as we have to travel to Sydney and pay for overnight accommodation etc and bought the voucher based on the fact it appears as available on the web. Our bad luck apparently. We were told the web is often not up to date, but that's not their fault...either. We were told they do not refund but we can do something else but if it is cheaper they do not refund the unused amount, it stays as a credit with them. So be very careful before you book because even though the activity shows it is available on the date you want it may not be and you'll do your dough. Poor customer service, website not up to date, no refunds.

before that, i booked a rally experience for my partner with adrenalin. com, unfortunatelly the date i wanted was not available, so i cancelled the booking (which was possible with a fee of 30$, but after all way better then what FreemanX did and without hassle!) not wanting to make the mistake again, I looked up on freemanx and called them before i booked in a date and they confirmed availability. so i paid 500$ for them to call me afterwards and tell me that the day is not available and the wouldn't be able to refound the money, denying talki...ng to me on the phone before (this all happened within an hour!)!! It was pretty frustrating and i find it very unfair to process customer enquiries this way, the worst thing is though that it was not even my fault, because my booking was based on wrong information provided by them. never again! customer service, dishonesty, no refound

emailed me and said that one of their therapist has canceled and that they have to only send one .I asked for a refund and they said no we dont give refund eventhough it wasnt my fault.They said they will send the one therapist for a longer period but then it meant us canceling dinner.Anyway the one therapit had time to only do 6 out of 8 of us and when i asked for my money for the other 2,the manager from spa angle said they wont refund any money what happened is happened,unprofessional and dishonest I WONT reccomond them to anyone
