Bad – This was one of the bad decisions made by our purchaser. The deal was great but hey you pay peanuts, you get monkeys... Looks impressive Control Panel settings very very difficult to navigate. Fax is a nightmare to set up. Very poor user interface. Example - setting the Country code settings gives you a choice of 1-12- DUH! I finally got the info from a manual from the net and it was wrong so it has to be trial and error. Even for an IT person like me, it is like solving college calculus when setting this damn thing up.

Terrible – Printer part is OK but imagine yourself making a copy by pressing COPY button (and nothing else) and getting UNKNOWN COMMAND message instead of the expected hard copy. And it is not only my opinion - all other users in our office curse this printer constantly, and many simply stopped using its manual COPY or FAX features. So if you do not intend to use its COPY and FAX features then its is OK, but if you do then buy something else.

Totally stuffed user panel interface design:

- to make a copy or send a fax manually is a pain - it pops up with all kind of errors - most common being UNKNOWN COMMAND

- the CANCEL button actually does not work, because then the LED display pops up with a confusing message the job you wanted to STOP actually still keeps running; the guy who designed the CANCEL button software part obviously did not test it afterall
