Thieves – They charge you so much. Take about 2 months to deliver. Product damaged in loke 2 days. Very inferior mayerials. Please avoid!!

Do not buy from this company – I bought LED face mask that completely didn't work. Tried everything including plugging in to different outlets. The instructions are hardly legible. When we complained they simply sent another one that has the exact same issue. Now im stuck with two units that don't work and they will not respond. They made sure to not respond within the 30 days so that I can't get my money back. A complete scam

Terrible. Order not delivered and still waiting after 2 months – I ordered two items on 23rd January .After numerous emails with Aust Post and Full Body I still have not received my order. Never buying again. Have lodged dispute with my credit card company to recover funds.

Still waiting 6 weeks from order date from my product – these guys are a scam full stop. Charge for express shipping and don't process it. Then refund the shipping when you complain... only after waiting 6 weeks and "claim" to send you another product which never gets picked up from wherever they are located. They need to be purged from the internet.

Customer support is pathetic – This isn’t a professional business, they don’t care about their customers, only care about the money coming in. from Sydney warehouse instead and that warehouse doesn’t have express shipping available, apparently. Purchased on 30th December and still haven’t sent my Product. This business is beyond ridiculous.

Poor service, slow delivery, poorly packaged – Very disappointed. Will not buy from again. customer service was abrupt and unapologetic. All they said was that they state a 1-2 week delivery period but I didn’t see that anywhere.

When the item arrived it was just wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap. The package was significantly damaged.

Perfect service – The product arrived fast and the quality is amazing. This is my daily routine any more. Thank you Full Body!!
