much trouble. Mia is amazing and makes the changes until you are satisfied with the result (the 2nd or 3rd proof is perfect). I can't recommend them more highly and I will continue to use them whenever I need another Bobblehead made.
We had bobbleheads made as a cake topper for our wedding day (and also personalised ones for our groomsmen) and they all turned out perfectly! The team was so quick to respond back and make adjustments where needed!! Nothing was too hard for them! Such a special momento to have of our wedding day!!!

I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and they have excellent service, they contacted me of the progress and if I wanted to change anything, to which they sent progress photos of the changes as well. I and very happy with how the bobblehead turned out and would highly recommend fun bobblehead!
This is my 3rd bobble head ordered. The recipient was over the moon ecstatic with the end result. The company worked with me to match up colourings and matched up the jersey and cap including logos perfectly. Turned everything around in 10 days!

August 28th. I don't understand how people are getting theirs within a few days because it takes a few days to make it, then shipped from overseas! So I'm guessing that a few of the positive reviews are made up and not real, decide for yourself, but considering they come from another country I don't believe it canbe made, approved, then sent and arrive in Australia all in 4 days. The only thing I know so far is after 3 emails of my product being the wrong colour eyes and the wrong bobblehead shown in the email from them, apparently it was sent out however it's been sitting in botany for 5 days...... Very strange if you ask me!!
30th August... finally received the bobblehead and it's broken!! Grrrr! They've sent it out broken, it wasn't damaged in shipping because there is no damage to the box and it was well and truly wrapped in the box. Paid all that money, weeks of frustration, several emails ignored, to finally get it, being sent from, broken!!

colour and completely incorrect.
Despite repeated emails explaining that he is Indian with a medium brown skin tone (not white or black), the company refused to acknowledge the issue and blamed me for not choosing a colour chart, even though I clearly asked for it to be darker in writing. Their website shows suitable in-between tones that were never offered.
Communication was slow and dismissive, and my refund request was repeatedly ignored. This was meant to be an anniversary gift and I am now left without a suitable product.
Follow-up · Still no response from seller. However, I received a full refund from my bank under the credit card chargeback policy whereby the product I received was not correct.

proofs a few business days after ordering. I then requested 1 minor adjustment (hair colour to 1) and then the reviewed proof was sent to me a day later. I received the final products 5 days after I approved the proofs. They look sooo good!
