Absolutely the worst boots I have had in my 28 years of being in a trade, After 3 months of mainly office work the insides have fallen apart, heel sections breaking apart and sole cushions flat! Boots still look like new on the outside! Wouldn't recommend to even people I don't like! Show details

Sore feet and Heels – Thought these would be great boots. Nice modern design and good looking materials. These don't seem to breath well as I have sore red skin at the end of each day and have aching heels and developed Plantar fasciitis in my Right heel. Never had this in 25 years on the tools. Would not recommend and going back to trusted brands. Show details

These boots look so cool, but they're not durable at all - save your money for something else – I love the look of these boots, however I have been let down by their durability. I have been through 2 pairs in the last year and a half, and all because of the same issue. The zip pulls away from the seam. My first pair lasted longer, however my most recent pair has only lasted 10 month before the zip started to pull away. It seems minuscule,… Read more

but given the fact I spent $200 on them, I would hope/expect they lasted much longer. I contacted the website I purchased them from and asked if they had a warranty they offered, or if FXD had a warranty that came with the boots and I was told it was only a 6 month warranty so nothing could be done for me. While I found them to be comfortable, they did take about a month to wear in, and my feet were very sore during this time. Another minuscule but annoying detail is that the shoe laces are weak and break quite easily, they do come with spare shoelaces, but both original laces that came on the boots have already snapped during this time. I have also heard that because the toe is actually a composite toe cap and not a steel toe cap, it is not considered work safe for onsite use in some fields. While I love the look of these boots, sadly I would not recommend them. I would suggest you do some research and save your money for something else with better reviews for being durable.

Worst workbook ever! – These boots are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn.$200 price tag, I’m very disappointed fxd. I’ve got narrow feet, and these things have given me a Bunyan on my left foot. I can’t wear for a full day it causes me to much grief. Lucky my old blue steels are still going and comfortable (paid $270 for them 16 months ago)
