FXD WP-1

Bad quality – My last 4 pair lasted me 3 years. So I bought 3 pair last month and 2 got big rips in them. After 5-6 days work. The rip started at the stitching. Not the same Quality as the use to be. Will not be buying them again.

Mens FXD WP-1 Trousers – Pockets: 4 out of 5. Very well designed pockets. All bar one get very little dust in them. Stitching and Velcro: 5 out of 5. Four pair I have had and they have all held to end of life. Fit and comfort: 3 out of 5. They only come in Regular fit, which means the knee pads are not always under your knee. This puts extra strain on the top of the knee pad area. That being said they're still reasonably comfortable to wear.

Material: 2 out of 5. I have ripped open 4 out of 4 pairs of them, when court on steel and other things on the work site. The same is true of the knee pad fronts and they don't appear to be rip stop material as once you have a whole it gets big very quickly.

End of life: 1 out of 5. These pants have lasted from one week to a maximum of 9 months. In comparison to others I have work in, the others lasted a minimum of 13 through to 24 months. This is not good considering they are at the same price point.
