Absolutely terrible. I bought a pair back in July 2024. I only wore them until October, when I put them away for the summer. In may I brought them back out again, wore once and the whole back end blew out while I was sitting down. All the stitches failed. I haven't even put on any weight. I've LOST weight. When I tried to contact the company… Read more

via email there was no response. I then tried to contact via Facebook. They saw my message and never bothered to respond.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Won't buy their products again.

Complete disappointment in what I was told was a superior work shoe – FXD footwear. I bought the work footwear that look like black trainers ( Green lines on side of souls) I wanted a robust shoe with grip as I work on tiles roofs . Absolutely an inferior product, the souls have pealed away from the shoe within a couple of weeks. Save your money and buy from Crazy Clarks .

Disappointed in FXD quality – 3 pairs over last few years I am semi retired, all pairs tore just above the knee. They would not last half the time if I was working full time 0 rating for quality & longevity Show details

DO NOT BUY THESE PANTS – Bought two pair $110 each. 3 months later started ripping and fraying. Weakest work pants ever. Show details

Nice fit, but material not durable – These pants cost more than most others, so I expected they would be durable. The material fatigued, became thin and holes appeared. The material did not hold up and ripped from crotch to knee under little stress. They lasted less than a year, while rotated in use with 3 other work pants. They were a comfy pair, but not above the durability of cheaper options. Not worth the extra money Show details

Great pants but rip to easily! – Have had 3 pairs rip at the same place each time. Rip is on upper inner leg. Pants would be great if they didn’t rip!

Overpriced junk, do not buy – Pockets are uncomfortable or completely unusable. Quality is cheap, thin, not durable. Functionality was not involved in design. Show details

Beyond a joke – If DeWalt think this product is worth supporting, then they're marketing unit should be sacked. Less than 4 washes these pants have developed (wear?!) holes plus stress (wear?) holes at knee. If DeWalt produced their tools like this, they'd have been sued out of existence. I suggest boycotting DeWalt products on principle, until we all recieve an admission of stupidity or similar. I wont buy another DeWalt product on principle. Show details

Disgusting poor quality – The worst quality work pants i have ever owned in 45 years 2 pairs totally not able to wear because of how easily they rip . Once you wash them they show how poor the quality is. The material is low grade cotton. The work ware shop in Rye refused to help me and told me to take it up with the manufacturers. Show details

Overpriced pants that keep ripping near the back pocket/groin area – Purchased these pants for work and they literally ripped on me within 1 week and no refund or exchanged was offered. K mart work pants are 1/3 the price and last way longer.

Material tears at the knee (Every pair I've had) – These pants have a design flaw the material does stretch this would be my 6th pair that has failed in the same way. Built for fashion not for trade use. Some pants only lasted a month of use. I've seen a mate walking around with the same rip in their FXD's so it's not just me I won't be buying FXD's anymore Show details

Would never buy again – Fabric to stiff not that much stretch. Look good on, not functional. Hard to bend in, gripped the front of my legs when I bent. Made my back extremely sore. Extremely uncomfortable. Show details

Tears too easily – Comfortable enough, but they rip and tear way too easily. I've gone through 2 pairs now, each lasting only about 6 months before they're too ruined to wear. Better off just buying cheap ones, they last as long. Show details

Fxd dura 500 shorts. Worst work wear I've ever brought – Brought 2 pairs of fxd dura 500 shorts from totally work wear. First pair ripped in the crotch after 2 time wearing them. 2nd pair also split in the crotch after 5 uses. Poor material would not buy again. And definitely won't shop at totally work wear again.  Show details

Terrible – Easily the worst work pants I've ever owned. Button barely sewn on and came off both pairs and also holes all through both pairs after washing them. I've worn kmart pants for work that have lasted far longer than these. Fxd should be ashamed. Show details

Lasted a few weeks – Crutch ripped out. Unfixable. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish. Luckily the good people at fxd included a spare button assuming the pants would wear in a normal spot. Wishful thinking. Show details

Quality is poor – Took the pants off after 3 days of use and was going to wash them and found out that the fabric is very thin and have holes over the whole upper part. This is my second pair the first pair was excellent this seems to be made very poor compared to my first set. What a shame will have to look into Hard Yakkas Show details

Weak Material – Beware buying these work trousers. I purchased a pair from Totally Workwear, had them for two days and after washing them there was a hole in the front upper section. I returned them to be told it wasn't a manufacturing fault. The material is thin and not durable for workwear. Do yourself a favour and stick with King Gee or Hard Yakka the material on these pants is also stretch and far more durable being thicker.
