Ordered, Paid but now response to emails. Website doesnt load. No other way to contact – Ordered an iPhone cover but never received an order confirmation.Was prepared to give the benefit of the doubt and emailed several times but no response. This is concerning, especially as now the site appears down. I'll give the owners the chance to make this right but have put in a paypal dispute
Never got phone case – Ordered product January 13th. Still haven't gotten it as of March 2nd. Keep waiting for it. They say it was shipped but we haven't seen it yet. Never order from them again. Tracking was sent but now it won't load.
Very happy with the product – I ordered a leather iPhone 12 cover but the particular colour was out of stock. Leon offered an alternative colour which suited and was a great outcome! Thanks very much!
Absolutely wonderful service – My order was late arriving, I received a quick reply to my enquiry, and they sent it by express to make up for it. The staff were great to deal with, the prices were very good and I am very very happy with the product.
Perfect service and fast delivery to the UK – I had a prompt and courteous reply to my stock enquiry. Order was despatched quickly and delivery to the UK was only a few days, no customs or VAT problems. 5 star service thank you.
Took a fairly long time to deliver, but staff are helpful and easy to deal with – As expected the coronavirus caused significant delay to the delivery of my keyboard to the UK. Sold without stock – They did not have the stock and refunded me without helping me find another. They offered me no explanation as to why they advertised it and did not have any in stock.
No replies – Have bought a phone case off gadgets boutique. For some reason there was an issue with payment (payed for but not ordered). More than likely my stuff up and not debating that. My issue is the lack of communication or even replies to emails since the order. Have not had any correspondence from any email I have sent. 1 Star until I can get my case

Originally I wasn’t very impressed, then they tried very hard to fix it – I ordered a phone case on 20/12, and I hasn't received my order. Tried to contact them 3 times, no response no reply, nothing until I post on product review. There were some miscommunication and delay due to holiday period. They got back to me and send me my order by express so I can receive it before my holiday. I also gave them some suggestions… Read more

Avoid – This company sends products without the correct details. They cannot be trusted. I wont buy from them again. They sell through eBay and then accost customers after the fact.. terrible.

Wasn’t sure at first, but they delivered – Reading a some mixed reviews, I wasn’t sure if I should buy from them. So I did my research and checked other review sites before making a purchase. Delivery was prompt and prices were reasonable.
Got what I wanted, fast! – Ordered a otter box iPad cover on Thursday, sent on Friday and received it the following Monday in regional NSW. Super quick delivery, would definitely shop again, Will be back!
Order the wrong product and was easily replaced – We ordered the wrong product and they exchanged it without problems, it was silly mistake but problem was easily rectified. Even though there is no free returns, would recommend buying from here.

using the case, the finger print sensor got punctured(it is a very flimsy film protecting it). Reached out to Gadgets Boutique again, and [name removed] was beyond unhelpful. just pointed me in the direction of Lifeproof themselves, who advised that Warranty should be handled by the retailer. Said this to him, and explained the issue, and just received a snotty reply back(attached).
Luckily for me life proof have sent me a replacement directly.

Look elsewhere – Case shipped a week ago (Friday last week) but no tracking number, no item and no response to online enquiry. Cant call as they cant track online orders. Wouldn't use ever again and would advise family and friends to shop elsewhere. Look elsewhere for your case needs.

Update:
There was a defect in the case after a month or so. I communicated with them via email, and they said just send it back and they'll send a new one. They honored the warranty with no problem. Got a replacement! :) Thank you once again.
