Just had my money refunded with Commonwealth Bank due to me being scammed. This is not a legitimate company.

the products until 2 October. The lights are made in China from really cheap material. This is my theory, these scammers take your money, they go to the Ali Baba website and order cheap lights made in China, wait for the lights to get to them, then post them to you. Based on these other reviews here, I theorise that they don’t send anything if you don’t harass them. These scammers offer crazy discounts all the time, it’s because the discounted price is still making them a huge profit (especially if they don’t bother sending the products). I’m reporting this ‘business’ to the ACCC, others should do the same.

Total Scam – Don't go near them. As all other reviews have stated, this company is an absolute scam - attempted all avenues to contact them after not receiving the product and they do not respond.

Scammers – Took money, never received item. Attempted to contact through all their platforms with no response.

SCAM - never received item - sent fake parcel tracking – Bought a sunset lamp and it never arrived - emailed the company several times with no response and when they responded they sent me a fake parcel tracking stating it was delivered (delivery address to the wrong state). They’re fake/scam and I haven’t seen a refund or the product in over +2 months. Don’t buy from them!!

Very poor quality – I brought 2 galactic nights in the buy one get one free deal. After 7 days and my products didn't arrive I emailed support and got a generic response saying my order was missed because everyone was on holiday. The box they were packed it was faded, unattractive and looked like it been left out in the sun. The actual products are so cheap looking and feel cheap. They all have a strong smell of plastic. The on and off button was already stuck and feels like it will snap off before long. One device has something rattling around in it and you can hear it as you move the device. The device does project light but feels like it will break really easily and quickly. Very disappointed because for that price you would expect better quality. They feel like something you could buy from the cheap shop.

Would not recommend – Took over a week for them to send item after me lodging a complaint to paypal. I bought the buy 1 get one free. They did not send the second light and have ignored my emails since. Would not recommend. The product is super cheap and plastic and not worth the price tag. Would be something you buy cheap off shein or temu.

not bad – I purchased this last week. I didn't receive a confirmation email until a couple of days later so I thought it was a scam but the receipt and email has since arrived. The product works and projects. It doesn't feel of the highest quality but it does the job.

SCAM poor customer service – Galactic night has no phone number or address to contact in case of a refund. Their lamps are faulty and over priced compared to Amazon or other sites. Their lamp and the "free gift" were both faulty straight out of the box. there has been no reply through any of the options to contact them. 100% STAY AWAY. Waste of money, Absolute theives!!

30/04/23) forwarded to customer support without any response.

Sometime in June or July this year, this company posted out a replacement Projector (without any communication to what was occurring). It appeared to be an updated model, looked extremely cheap and did not work. The cord did not completely fit into the main projector, and the cord could not be used int the initial Projector purchased because it was different (the cord was the only thing we required). It was also noted that the cord was extremely shorter compared to the first projector - this is important because the Projector should be elevated for it to effectively work and given the location of powerpoints (which are down low) this means the product is largely ineffectively.

In response to receiving the replacement Projector, which did not work, and the replacement cord could not be used, a further message was sent to "Contact Us" Customer Service area who again, did not reply. This message provided the background and timeline for sending follow up emails. I requested a refund for the Projector which was ignored.

The replacement Projector was thrown away because it did not work. Since I did not receive a reply from this Company (on multiple occasions), including the refund request, I thought it was appropriate to post on this Product, which should be a recall as it's faulty.
